Big O Tires

Purchased 4 new tires this week from Big O.. Price was better than anyone within a 75 mile area. Service was great I was in and out! Love how they take care of their customers!

Friendly staff, fast service, toys in waiting room, clean restroom.

Little Rock at the beginning but they really know how to make things right and get the job done. Loved the experience considering it was our first time going there.

The team at the Hollister Big O, although frequently changing, havexalways been pleasant and efficient.

I had a coupon for a $24 oil change but I did not have the coupon with me but when I asked the manager he went ahead and allowed me to use it even though I didn't have it with me

I had went to Wal-Mart and they said they did not have the right tool to get my hub cab. I hot to Big O right before they closed and they were more than happy to help. I told the guy what had happened and he said "challenge accepted" if was such a relief.

I made an appointment and Sheila handled it really well, I've called in the past to schedule appointments and it hasn't gone very well.

Initial visit they took a look at the problem, came up with a realistically priced solution, and checked to make certain parts were available. Brought vehicle in on scheduled date and dropped off. Ready earlier than estimated and everything working well.

I would recommend Big O in Hollister. All of my service has been prompt and I appreciate the extra attention given to my busy schedule including shuttling me when needed.

I think Big O in Hollister, MO did a great job. I would at least inform walk ins of your pricing first and how long the wait was. Neither may have changed my mind but communicating those things would have kept the, "I wonder how much this is going to cost me?" and the " How much longer until it's done?" I waited an hour and a half which is fine but I did have somewhere else to be, so I hated having the bother the lady at the desk. Just a FYI for future clients. Thanks guys!
