We were in and out in a little over an hour. I normally take my vehicle to the dealer for service but the dealer in in a city with a face covering ordnance so I won’t go there. Very happy with Big O and will return again!

Excellent service friendly staff

We use Big O Tire in Hollister a lot and have for the past 5 years we've lived in Branson. They have always been great to us and done excellent work for us. I trust that when we get our vehicles back that everything is repaired correctly and in a very timely manner. Russell does an excellent job managing the store. He takes great care in making sure he let's us know of items that need repaired or he knows us so well that he goes ahead and has it done. I appreciate that, because that saves us time and money all the way around. The Hollister shop has a great team in all their employees. Anytime I am asked to recommend a repair shop I recommend Big O Tire.

Very good service was received

I went in to get a tire rotation, without an appointment, and they gladly accommodated me. My vehicle was in the bay almost immediately and the service was done promptly. I was given a complimentary print out of the current alignment of the vehicle, which was easily explained to me (I have read/seen may of these before).
