I had called the day after my appointment for a regular oil change. I spoke with, "Tammy", and expressed my gratitude for a very professional and helpful experience! In addition to the oil change, it was found that my vehicle was in need of an alignment. I agreed to have this work done. And I immediately was aware of how much better my front wheel drive vehicle was handling!!! GREAT JOB

Staff were excellent in customer service and knowledge of their job. Despite being very busy, all customers were kept informed of the status of their vehicles.

Nice people that do a great job. AJ is a great manager. He has gone out of his way to make sure my truck and cars are done right. My only complaint is that they are to busy because the store is to small. They have so much business they need more bays and a bigger crew to work on more cars.

The employees did a great job telling me what was wrong with my car and what needed to be fixed. They also clearly communicated the price with me and made sure I was happy with it! I would recommend this location to anyone who is needing work done.

I've used the Branson location until now as the Hollister branch is within walking distance of my new work. I asked three Branson manager for advice and they assured me I'd be very happy and confident with Russell and his crew. I couldn't be happier and look forward to spreading the word with all of my co-workers!

They made sure i didn't have to come back the next day to get my service completed after they started. Even though i had to go to another location to get finished.

We were travelers from out of town and all the people I dealt with exemplified awesome customer service from the first phone call to find out their hours and if they could assist me all the way through the entire process! They are true professionals and take excellent care of their customers- even when you are from out of town! They made a worrisome and bad situation Better for this family and kept a tire problem from ruining the rest of our trip! We greatly appreciate them! And would recommend them to everyone!

Exceeded expectations and will be bsck

My last two visits were for a coolant system rebuild (effectively) and front-end alignment. The crew excelled on both visits; the rebuilt cooling system performs better than when I bought the car, and the front end alignment was just what was needed to track my car straight and get better gas mileage.
