Our Toyota Sequoia needed new tires and AJ indicated Big O had in stock and could put on. Installation went from bad to worse, but through it all the Staff (AJ, Josh and Joe) remained committed to insuring complete satisfaction for us. I can not tell you how refreshing it is to find a group of employee's, who consistently worked over 6 1/2 hours (which turned into 3 days), accepting the problem and working to find a solution. Your employees work together, communicate well and know what they need to do to find a solution. Joe, AJ and Josh were steadfast in their commitment to exceed and demonstrate to us that Big O Hollister stands for Quality Service.

I keep returning to Hollister Big "O" for service to my car because I feel I can trust the staff and mechanics to do their best to take care of my vehicle. They are always polite & respectful no matter how busy they are.

I am always greeted at the desk with a friendly and helpful attitude at this particular Big O Tires in Hollister. They handle my service as quickly as possible and get me back on the road with appropriate recommendations without pressuring me into extra services, but gentle reminders of what might be best to consider to keep my car in top maintenance and performance. They have consistently been helpful in small and major situations and often gone above and beyond by making recommendations and diagnosis. I appreciate their professional, skillful and polite attention to me and my car consistently. Some Big O Tires I've been to do not exibite the same attention or pride in their work or concern for my situation.

I have used this business for many years because they care so much about the customer. I drive over forty miles from Harrison because of the quality of service.

Checked in for an oil & lube and to check brakes. They noticed that I needed front brake pads and new front rotors. Glad they noticed what was needed before an accident could happen.
