We had some work done on our car a week or so ago. They called Loy and said to bring the car in this week, so that they could check it. They wanted to be sure everything was going well. We have been using this store for several years. In the past 3 years we have purchased 4 sets of tires. The reason we keep returning is because of Tammy. She is spot on for customer service, knowing the business and product. She is 100 percent. We as a family trust her 100 percent. She always remembers past history enough to answer questions. If she doesn't know the answer 100 percent she researches until she finds it. We always know we are in good hands and most importantly can trust her. She is a jewel in your business. My Tundra has Big Foot tires and one of them ruptured. I called AJ and he said they are covered/warranted so just bring the truck in. I was in and out in about one hour with a service charge as my only expense. Both of our vehicles are serviced, inspected and cared for by AJ and his crew. He always asked about my wife and tells me to say hello. I can't ask for better service or care than what is provided at Big O Tires by AJ and his crew.
