Scheduled the appointment online. Process was simple and quick. Arrived a few minutes early and they got me right in. We were in and out in 30 minutes. I brought different colored lug nuts and they replaced the old ones with my new ones, no questions asked. Really great experience!!

I have been coming here for years. I am always impressed with the quality, service, honesty and price.

I had a vibration when I would accelerate on the ramp and on the highway for a bit, it would usually subside, but I wanted it resolved. I had taken it to another place a couple times for oil change and tire rotation, but they didn’t fix it. They say they balanced it, but it didn’t help. I decided to get a second opinion with Big O, and I’m so glad I did. It turned out to be a balancing issue! It was out quite a bit. They fixed the problem.
