Big O Tires

You guys are wonderful. I am from Kansas and was on vacation. I felt my car was out of alignment and spotted your Big O Tire store and was going to make an appointment. I was in and out in an hour!! The staff was so friendly. The whole Branson experience was like that. Thank you, thank you. God Bless You

Excellent service.Zero complaint but I would make a suggestion.It would help keep track of tire life if the tire dates were exposed to the outside.One of my tires is but the other three are not.Not a big deal when tires are new but if you don't drive a lot then tire old age could become a factor.Think about it.

We're several hundred miles from home. Our tire blew out - big hole. We stopped at Big O first thing in the morning and were on our way in under an hour. Bought two tires to maintain balance (my idea, not Big O - no pressure to buy more). The facility is nice. The service is great. The price was very reasonable. They even returned our donut tire to the storage area and put the "good" old tire in a large plastic bag. The blown tire will be properly disposed of.

I typically go somewhere else for my oil change.However they were very busy and couldn't get me in...so I came to Big O.They scheduled me the same day and did a great job.

My old tires were well overdue. Russell was quick to check his inventory for my size via a phone call and had tires mounted, balanced, installed w/ alignment in a more than acceptable time frame while I waited. The entire crew at this location has always been top notch. Keep it up guys!
