The guys at our Hollister Missouri store are always very professional and top rate service. I don't go anywhere else but Big O now.

Was away from home when service was needed. Big O fit us into their schedule even though they were about to close early for New Years.

These guys are always friendly, polite and helpful.

All of the employees were very courteous & helpful. We had to bring our car back a couple of times but they fixed the problem each time. We will definitely come back when necessary & recommend this store to all of our friends.

Great customer service and concern: I am dealing with the Hollister store about tires I purchased from another dealer.The manager has been very considerate and is working very hard to get a resolution for me.He is the first person I have dealt withconcerning the tires that has truly listened that there is a problem with the tires. I have been dealing with these tires for 7 months trying to get the bounce out of my car. I want to commend Big O for hiring people like him.It seems I have 4 tires that are out of round.

I was in the area on vacation and had some issues with the front end of my vehicle.I searched the area and read the reviews for this location.The vast majority of the reviews claimed great service and honest people.That was enough for me and I took my vehicle there to be inspected.I met Russ and he said he'd call me after he looked at what he found.Now I figured I'd need brakes, rotors, and calipers for sure but he also informed me that my tie rod ends were damaged and the tires needed to be balanced.I mean I have 120,000 miles on it so it was time!!Since I was on vacation and our group had multiple vehicles it was no problem for me to leave my car in their good hands.There was ZERO hard sell on their part when informing me about what they found wrong which made me 100% believe that the specific work should really be completed to make the ride home safe.I was able to pick up my vehicle the next afternoon and the front end was great.It no longer felt like the whole thing was going to shake off the car when I applied the brakes.So a huge thank you to Russ and his team of experts for making my ride safe again.Oh yeah the prices were great as well.So if you need an expert opinion and want honest and reliable service of your vehicle then take your car here and let these guys fix it right.

We were traveling, low air pressure light came on. The first place we saw was Big O! We pulled in, told them the story, they came to the car, found the problem and fixed the tire (we had not purchased from Big O). The service was good, the workers were polite. It was a good experience!
