Big O Tires

Was on vacation, had a blow out and ran into a curb. They checked out my vehicle and replaced the loose wheel bearing. I knew being a walk in I was going to wait, I was just overwhelmed that I could get my vehicle fixed on a Saturday. Thanks to your wonderful staff my vacation was saved to be with family instead of searching for someone to fix my vehicle. Thanks again to your wonderful staff.

I made an appointment to have my vehicle inspected. One minute after my scheduled time my vehicle was being brought into the garage. The inspection was completed and I was on my way.

I am an older female and appreciate NOT being treated like an idiot when purchasing services or products at Big O. Both of the young men and the young lady (Tami) are friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. They do NOT stand and visit with one customer while others stand in line waiting. They are friendly, but take care of business. The finest quality of this business is their staff. I hope you let them know they are very much appreciated and are the primary reason I take my business to Big O. I DO price service and products elsewhere, but almost always return to Big O for their price, service and staff..
