As a customer from out of town, I really appreciate Josh and the team at Big O Tires. They really stepped up and went out of thier was to make sure I received great, fast service. Josh and the team are 1st class, and run an honest, professional business.

I thought I was going to need 4 tires. I only got two because I was told that 2 of my tires were still good instead of trying to sell me 4 tires.

Excellent experience.

My truck is rear wheel drive. I new the tread on my tires was getting low but I was trying to put it off as soon as possible. It snowed and iced around town and I couldn't get out of my driveway. I was not a Big O customer. However, that afternoon I had four new tires that were best for the weather condition and for my truck. I have an excellent experience and I also learned how I can improve tractoin with my truck during winter. I will definitely be returning! I will also be recommending Big O to all of my friends!

I went in for an oil change and Tami helped me out. Great service every time! Tami is always smiling and helpful...Love the new inside sitting area!!

I had an oil change with synthetic oil. Big O has best prices and great service.

My experience was absolutely great! The customer service was top notch and so very nice. They diagnosed my car and was able to do the work all in one day...a few short hours to be exact!
