They did exactly what they said they would do. It was a big job but they didn't take long to do it. Great customer service.

I needed my AC checked and Russell had it checked and because all was well, he covered it at no charge. Last time I was in it was Ladies Day and we got roses. I get great service with very few problems.

I had taken my car to a Chevrolet daeler and they would not take care of the problem. broght my car to Big O Tire and was taken care of. I was having some very bad tire wareing on my front drivers tire and according to the "dealer" everything was with in speck so they did not have to fix it. Well after 2 sets of tires in less than two years I took it Big O Tire and was takein care. Tami was very nice and was able to tell me what had to be done to fix the problem.

Great service

I got in my car to take my granddaughter back to TN when the low tire pressure light came on. I didn't want to risk a flat tire while on the trip so I went straight to Big O to have them check my tire. They got my tire fixed ( had a nail in it) in less time then quoted and we were able to get on the road. Thanks Big O

Very positive experience. The shop had tires of the same brand and type on my car. Replaced all four tires. Late in the day, but they completed the installation on time. The remodeled waiting area is a big improvement and very accommodating.

Just had oil change, they were very busy but able to get the job done, normal charge for service. I was impressed how friendly, attentive they are towards their customers, during a very busy work day. That's rarely noted anymore! We will return.

Brought my wife's car in this time for a bad battery we bought from there. Service was much better than last time and no hassle exchange on the bad interstate battery. We also had the tires rotated and balanced and got in and out in great time.

Very honest employees. Give good estimates and when investigation of problem is done the cost can be much less than estimate. Will recommend the Hollister, Mo, store.

They still put new tires on and did my allighment when shop was near closing. They were very friendly and helpful.
