They handle my service as quickly as possible and get me back on the road with appropriate recommendations without pressuring me into extra services, but gentle reminders of what might be best to consider to keep my car in top maintenance and performance. They have consistently been helpful in small and major situations and often gone above and beyond by making recommendations and diagnosis. I appreciate their professional, skillful and polite attention to me and my car consistently. Some Big O Tires I've been to do not exibite the same attention or pride in their work or concern for my situation.

The guys at work they are nice. They do a good job. They’re efficient and they’re close to Menards so I can walk across the street to shop while I wait.

Checked in for an oil & lube and to check brakes. They noticed that I needed front brake pads and new front rotors. Glad they noticed what was needed before an accident could happen.
