Big O Tires

I used Big O Tires in Springfield Missouri just a week before getting new tires for my Taurus. They bent over backwards to make sure that I was taking care of. Now you have a Big O Tire in Springfield and Lebanon Missouri where I live and you are now my auto store mechanic store. I also really appreciate the warranty and the backup service that you provide as well. Great customer service at all stores I visit so far and you are very well informing me on what's going on. I was amazed to find out that you were not just tire shop and that you did all that work. Kudos to you number one All Stars. Let's have a wonderful day

2nd used vehicle I've purchased tires and alignments for. Pointed out potential future problems. Had a rotor that needed turned. When I asked how much, service manager told me to wait until I put brake pads on the car! They didn't try to sell me brakes, how refreshing!

I asked about two different tire sizes and got a quick response. With the cheapest being quoted first up to the highest price. I appreciated the fact there was WiFi, and friendly service and my wait was what I was told it would be.

I use these guys all the time, because they do such a great job. This shop has taken care of my vehicles since we moved to Branson 6 years ago. They take great care of our vehicles as to make sure that if they find anything no matter how small they fix it or tell me about it. They keep excellent track of our vehicles in their system and help keep me on track of what service I need to have done. Everyone is extremely nice. I recommend this shop to everyone I talk with.
