Great experience as usual from Big O Tires.

Took our vehicle in for tire balancing and front end alignment. Great service, and done in no time. Even took the time to talk to us about a possible issue, but not pushy to get anything fixed. Will go again and again.

I appreciated the alignment and rotation that I purchased with my tires. I must admit however that I have never had to have two alignments on the same set of tires. I travel on payment only and was surprised when this service was needed. I agreed to the service; however, I have been told that once a tire begins to wear, it doesn't matter if an alignment occurs. I do regret the decision; and believe should have just waited until my next set of tires.

Moving back to the area. I'll giv this a try

Brought in my car because of some overheating and issues with the power steering. Wade got me checked in and I hung out and watched TV for a bit. When they found what needed to be fixed, I was taken to where my car was to be shown what needed to be fixed. Wade gave me an estimated repair time that turned out to be pretty accurate and offered me a charger for my phone while I waited, because I was going to be there for a few hours. I ended up picking up some food and watching March Madness for a few hours and was completely comfortable while I waited. Hated that the repair was so expensive, but I think everyone hates the cost of things. Everyone was great, the store was very clean and my car works great now. Thank you guys so much!

I stopped at Bog O tire on 4/28/16 at about 11:00am. I had a flat on my tandem axle trailer and was in a hurry trying to get supplies to a job. I had the tire removed and the wonderful person who waited on me [service manager],unfortunately I didnt get her name, was as professional and courteous as she could be. She fit me in and had me going in a short time. Many thanks to her and the mechanic. Really saved my dayand this isnt the first time for Big O. Keep up the good work. Your the best!

Great tires, Great service!

Tammy is one of the biggest assets that Big-O could possibly have. She is so welcoming and friendly. She has a way of expressing herself to the women customers without making them feel stupid or like an air-head because of their lack of knowledge about "car things". I very much appreciate her. I will be needing a full set of tires in the next couple of months. I don't plan to "shop around". I will just keep in touch and see what good deals are available with Big-O. I know I can trust Tammy to help me get what I need and not what they want to sell me. The mechanics are always pleasant and helpful also. I can't find anything to complain about in this review. Two thumbs up! Keep it up guys and gal and you'll have a lifetime customer.
