The staff was very courteous & knowledgeable. Because of a problem with the original service we had to come back & get it fixed. The manager & head technician were very prompt & corrected the problem. My car is just the way it should be now. I'm very impressed with the quality of service at the Hollister location.

I was having some used tires put on that I bought from a friend.Russ looked them over after they had been mounted and found them to be very unsafe. (cracked in many places).I ended up purchasing some new tires from him at a good price.I really appreciate his attention.He likely prevented me from having an accident due to a blow out.

As far as I care these guys are the best I went in around Christmas time and they took really good care of me then I finally made it back on Friday and took care of my problem I will definitely go back anytime I need to have something fixed and will definitely recommend them to everyone thanks guys you were great!!!!!

I always get good service but I also have to clean my car afterwards. The guys use their greasy hands getting in and out of the car so I have black blotches of grease on my tan door handle. Tammy is great, she is very personal and helpful. I (we) miss the previous manager though, he took time to answer my questions and double checks things but he also was very personal in his attitude. He made women feel good with a rose on Thursdays, simple but effective for creating loyalty. You lost a step in good service when you let him go.

New to Hollister. I will visit Big O Tires regularly.
