First visit and very pleased with service and people

Whenever I need auto service I go to BIG O in Hollister. Just recently I needed a State Inspection and an oil change. They are always friendly, get the job done right and you can trust them to do only the work that is needed. If they find something that is needed they only make a recommendation and let you make the decision. I would recommend this location to my friends and family......Great job guys and gals!!!

I am a loyal customer because staff are always polite, fair, friendly, extremely helpful, trustworthy, & job is done right the first time. If they do not think they can perform the repair with excellence, they will tell you and refer you appropriately.

I was there for a Missouri state safety inspection. I was disappointed that appointments were not available for state inspections. For working people it would make things easier. I was there at opening to minimize my wait time. My care was taken immediately back and the inspection was completed quickly. Excellent job. Note that this was my second trip for the inspection since this location didn't have any inspection stickers when I was there the first time. Again, something that appointments could have prevented.

I use Big O for all of my auto needs. Russell & staff are always friendly and professional.

I drive from Harrison Arkansas to this business to get my car serviced. I have been doing it for many years because they care about the quality of service they provide. Russell and Tammy really care about their customers and the quality of serviced provided.

Went last week for a brake changed. Overall experience was good but confused on why my car sat on the lift for almost 2 hours before they even told me I needed new pads? Feel like it shouldn't of taken that long to tell me that. After I was advised of what needed fixed it went quick it was just the 2 hours of seeing my car on the lift and nothing fixed was disappointing.

Car would not start. They properly diagnosised and repaired. Car runs great

I was in the hospital when my wife hit something destroying two of our tires. Due to the situation, it was a very emotional time for us but after acknowledging that she was safe, I simply had her to have AAA to tow our SUV to Big O Tires around midnight and simply leave it. I have had my car serviced there many times for very simple reasons. They are Honest, Fair and I found that I could highly trust them. The manager Russell was amazing. He received my email, took care of my car, went the secondmile and cleaned it for us and then came to the hospital and picked up my wife. The products can be bought at many places. The service cannot. These people truly care for their clients and only fix what is necessary. Thank you Russel and your entire staff. You have been a great help to my wife and I at a very emotional time in our life.

I have always been pleased with the service provided by your store. It has been above and beyond that which one would expect. I could not rate the above questions as it would not take my selections.

Great customer service.

My starter went out on my Nissan Xterra and had to tow it to the Hollister shop at 430 pm. Russell said he would get to it first thing in the morning. He did and I hot my ride back quickly. The ONLY reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because I was told 2 separate times that they would call me in 15 minutes with an update, an hour later I had to call and get an update.

Great service as always. The people at the Hollister facility are super nice and professional.

These people are always nice. My only complaint I have with this time is the wait time. I was told it was about an hour wait time and it was 2. I am so glad I had no where important to go or time frame. My time should be important to them because if I had to meet a time I would have been upset, so maybe future or for others who have had same experiences, they could be more precise for courtesy to customer. I am happy with everything else about this Big O's. People are always friendly and helpful.

I have been in garage business for over50 years! Retired and moved here! This place treated me like I used to treat my customers! Great place!
