Russell is always friendly,which is nice and gives me the information in need to make a good decision.

I had a 2:30 appointment for a state inspection and arrived on time. After waiting 40 minutes, I went up to the desk to ask how it was going. My car was done. For how long was it done? Why was I not notified in the waiting area that my car was done? I was disappointed by this. Normally I get better service at this location.

Excellent service done in a little under an hour.

Suggest making appointments early in day before things get backed up and appointment time is delayed.

I have to drive to another town to reach this Big O tires. I dont care about that because they give you quality service better than a dealership.

I went in for a specific problem, so they looked for that problem my car/tires had. But couldn't quite find the issue i needed resolved which, was disappointing. But we got 2 new tires on there and they were extremely helpful that way.

About to price yourself out of my business.

I have used Big O Tires at this location for tires for the last 4 years. I am a return customer because I have felt that the staff was knowledgeable and honest.

I got an alignment because I got new tires. This was my 3rd alignment in a year, because some of the bolts under my car had rusted and fused together. The tech explained the problem the first time, and offered solutions for us to try at home. I went back for a second (free) alignment a month later. They were still unable to completely align. Cut to this time... pretty good alignment although 1 piece under the car is still fused. The tech gave me a really in-depth tutorial about what to try at home. The also honored my 20% coupon, and got me in and out in 45 minutes. Great service!

It's good to have a quality shop locally. While not a discount store I still think they offer good value for the level of service.

was supposed to get phone call when car was finshed, did not receive one. advised them of shimmy with steering and was told that they would check it out. obiviously it was not. alignment seemed fine.
