even with appointment, long waits. short on help..

I got an alignment because I got new tires. This was my 3rd alignment in a year, because some of the bolts under my car had rusted and fused together. The tech explained the problem the first time, and offered solutions for us to try at home. I went back for a second (free) alignment a month later. They were still unable to completely align. Cut to this time... pretty good alignment although 1 piece under the car is still fused. The tech gave me a really in-depth tutorial about what to try at home. The also honored my 20% coupon, and got me in and out in 45 minutes. Great service!

I had my wheels balanced and aligned . I had an appointment and waited for my car to be done. one hour and 1/2 later I noticed my car was outside , they did not tell me they were done with it. Frustrating!

It's good to have a quality shop locally. While not a discount store I still think they offer good value for the level of service.

The service was fine-- the prices alilttle high for a senior citizen on fixed income-- bought 4 new tires thinking the alignment was included but boy was I wrong.. was charged for 2 ---&35 AND $75 .. was a little disappointed with that

Customer Service Agent could have been more genuine in attitude. Not much of a comment, I know, but he seemed almost aggravated by my bringing in work for him to do. He smiled, but somehow I felt like an inconvenience. I came in for an alignment.

I called last Friday morning at 7:30am, was told to bring my car right in, I showed up at 8:15am. They fixed my slow air leak, said I DID NOT need new tires yet, gave me an old change, tire rotation and balance, and I was ready to hit my road trip by 10:30am. Very friendly and knowledgeable team, a busy Friday but I felt they paid special attention to my questions. The manager Russell was super nice and attentive and Tammie at checkout was just a DOLL, even helped me back out of a tight parking space when I got ready to leave. I have a mechanic down the road from me, but I needed a quick visit so I could get back to running my business, and did not want to wait half the day for results or all day for the vehicle. I had a leak in a tire. Although they could not repair the tire that day, they did air up the tires and determine which tire was low and made an appointment for me the next day. Upon my return, they patched the hole at my appointed time and were very pleasant and polite.

Very good service, will continue to use them when needed.

This place is the best!: I've been coming here over several years with several vehicles with work on absolutely everything from oil changes, tires, water pumps, alternators, air conditioners, front end, power steering, you name it...I could write a book about how great the service and experiences have been but just know that I've spent thousands of dollars in this store and have never had a problem that wasn't immediately made better than new and right on the spot. That is very rare these days, especially with auto repair and tires. Russell and Tammie are both awesome but there must be some great mechanics in there too to get this level of service for so many years. To say that I highly recommend is understatement. Don't even consider going anywhere else...Even to another Big-O. This is the place to take your vehicle.
