Big O Tires

Had my tires rotated,45 minutes in and out.my truck was waiting outside.

I get my oil changed here good and fast service even without an appointment

I recently purchased new tires and had a good experience in dealing with your store and the management.

Awesome experience i was informed by the mechanic was very helpful in explaining what was wrong with my truck. I never felt pressured. I recommend Big O tires to everyone.

I am happy with the service but when you called me to tell me I needed an alignment I wish you would have told me about the fluids I needed to have changes and not waited till I picked up the truck so I could have gone ahead and got it done instead of having to bring it back.

Tami does a great job when I come in. Russ seems to have done a great job retaining the team he has as I have not seen much turnover.

Big O is always amazing. They are our go to when anything happens with our vehicles. We had just moved to the area and it was great to find someone that we could trust so quick! They do great honest work.

The salesman smiled, but seemed disinterested and didn't offer much information unless I prodded him with questions about tire availability, type, tread, warranty etc. Not unpleasant, but I've had much better attitudes and help in previous visits. I was there to purchase a couple tires.

Also needed shocks but parts not immediately available. Cost comparison made your product too expensive.

One time I brought my car in. I was told that it needed a new transmission. Big O diagnosed it and said it just needed fluid. I have trusted them ever since. They have done big projects for me. They are honest and trustworthy. I will never go anywhere else.

Was there last Friday getting 4 new tires and an alignment. If it wasn't for Dave we probably would have went else were he was VERY PROFESSIONAL on the phone, great people skills, which is hard to find. We did have a minor glitch in our visit but Russell and Tammy were quick to fix and made it a very I'm going to return to and recommend Big O tires to all my friends and family.

Was on vacation, had a blow out and ran into a curb. They checked out my vehicle and replaced the loose wheel bearing. I knew being a walk in I was going to wait, I was just overwhelmed that I could get my vehicle fixed on a Saturday.
