I'm a regular customer and always satisfied with the service both upfront and the people in shop area.

Location is convenient. Pricing for services seem fair.

They came to my job, aired up my tire & followed me to the shop. Had me on my way home very quickly. I am so grateful for BIG O.

I was in town for vacation and had a tire issue. I called Wednesday morning and was in the shop 30 minutes later. They worked with all of my concerns and helped me fix the problem.

Came in with a very minor tire issue (slow leak). My car was taken back immediately and fixed in about 25 minutes. The counter guy was friendly and efficient. I will return for trade.

My Tundra has Big Foot tires and one of them ruptured. I called AJ and he said they are covered/warranted so just bring the truck in. I was in and out in about one hour with a service charge as my only expense. Both of our vehicles are serviced, inspected and cared for by AJ and his crew. He always asked about my wife and tells me to say hello. I can't ask for better service or care than what is provided at Big O Tires by AJ and his crew.
