I'm a regular customer and always satisfied with the service both upfront and the people in shop area.

It was easy to schedule and get my tires serviced.

They came to my job, aired up my tire & followed me to the shop. Had me on my way home very quickly. I am so grateful for BIG O.

My Tundra has Big Foot tires and one of them ruptured. I called AJ and he said they are covered/warranted so just bring the truck in. I was in and out in about one hour with a service charge as my only expense. Both of our vehicles are serviced, inspected and cared for by AJ and his crew. He always asked about my wife and tells me to say hello. I can't ask for better service or care than what is provided at Big O Tires by AJ and his crew.

Victor and Chris took very good care of my tire needs. They also gave me an option to reinstall some tires that I had bought last year for free. That goes beyond the call of duty. Very much appreciated that.

Always great service

I called to inquire if I needed an appointment for a wheel alignment, but was informed to just come on in... Upon arrival I was pleasantly greeted and efficiently checked in. As a matter of general inquiry, I asked about any online or other discounts available, and was informed and offered a $20 coupon credit. That was great! Abiding my time in your customer lounge area, before I knew it, I was told my car was done! Upon paying my already discounted bill, the gal behind the counter also asked if I would like to save an additional $25 by applying for your Big O Credit Card. Guess what? I did, and qualified for a $5,500 line of Big O Tire and Service Credit! Wow. I'm pretty smart, eh? So, my $90 wheel alignment came in at half price, and I was pleased as pie. Thanks to all the crew at your Hollister store. Great job, friendly service, and puts the interests of their customers FIRST! I'll come back again the next time similar services are needed.
