Very nice staff and helpfull when I was in a bind

I was greeted promptly but it seemed disorganized/chaotic after that. I was never told my car was done and I saw it in the parking lot, so after 15 minutes waiting I went up to the desk and asked if my car was finished. I was there for more than an hour.

I drive over fifty miles to this business because of the service I receive. Russell and Tammy care so much about their customers. It would be so good if all businesses was like this one

People were great and so was the work done. But I did have a 1:00 appt for an oil change and an alignment. The oil change was fast but they had to park it after that and wait til almost 3 to get my car up on the alignment machine. Took 2 1/2 hrs to get out of there. I will be back though. I understand that unexpected things happen.

I am an older female and appreciate NOT being treated like an idiot when purchasing services or products at Big O. Both of the young men and the young lady (Tami) are friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. They do NOT stand and visit with one customer while others stand in line waiting. They are friendly, but take care of business. The finest quality of this business is their staff. I hope you let them know they are very much appreciated and are the primary reason I take my business to Big O. I DO price service and products elsewhere, but almost always return to Big O for their price, service and staff..

Rose was a nice touch. Front brakes changed. No problem, other than wrong pads were initially delivered causing a delay.

Good place good folks

I have 4 vehicles serviced at Big "O"� and have always been fully satisfied. Might suggest that employees wear name tags of some sort especially at the front desk. It nice to call people by their name and know who you are dealing with.

I had my brakes redone on the front of my car and they were over 30% cheaper then at the dealership plus they still gave me the confidence that they stand behind there work and parts

I have now purchased three complete sets of SUV tires in the last six years from Big O in Hollister, MO. The employees at this facility have always given me good service and good quality product, but this last time they went well above and beyond the call of duty. They have my business for life! My homebase is now just outside of Tulsa, OK, but I will always do my tire business with Big O in Hollister. Bravo!
