Big O Tires

New tires and alignment. When driving I have to pull the handle to the left to keep it straight. I have taken it back and they are working on it now.

Fast and friendly service. They get you in and out as quick as they can while keeping their work standards up. Also they don't try to sell you every little thing- they tell you what needs to be fixed today, what can wait, and what things you should watch out for. That's a fact I truly appreciate.

I have been going to big Oscar for awhile for my oil change. .. And they do a very good job in getting my car done and done quickly ... How ever it seems they always forget to reset my change oil button...

Not at all happy that I was charged for a years alignment without saying anything to me about it none of #3 were offered

I am one of those people who is very picky about their vehicle. I am comfortable having my "baby" services by the staff at Big - O. I am a female and also appreciate the fact that they don't treat me like a "dummy."

I had my oil and filter changed on my new car. The teck spilled oil around the fill cap that was NOT cleaned up When changing the filter oil went all over the plastic undercarriage shield and was left there to drip on my garage floor. I am taking it back to them for a clean up.

My experience with BigO was refreshing as their attention to details and my need were above what someone would expect. The repairs to my vehicle were exactly what I needed and the staff went above and beyond my expectations. I will be a repeat customer and recommend them highly.

On line ads don't match stores prices. Rebates deceiving and teasers. Was sold on store till this.

I have had the same unresolved problem for 7 mnths now! It is a repeatitive leaking tire thst the shop at 200 financial drive HAS NOT been able to resolve to the minute of My submitting this information. I purchased and had a new tire put on at the suggestion of the store manager. Only to have this BRAND NEW tire, COMPLETELY go flat while driving on the highway!!!!! The issue is a tire, PREVIOUS AND NEW,,,, ..... continuing to lose air and trigger the low tire pressure warning within 50 miles of inflating to proper psi

Friendly service, comfortable waiting area, timely completion of items to be tended too. Very thoughtful. Vehicle was pulled right up to the front door to minimize getting rained on.

I had appointment at 12:00 noon. I got there at 10 minutes til for an oil change and tire rotation. I didn't leave until 2:00 pm. They didn't tell me until I checked out that they didn't have a filter and had to have one brought to the store...they could of let me know what was taking so long

I was traveling through the area and stopped in when I needed to have a tire with a nail in it repaired. I asked the length of time to complete the service and expected one hour as told, but waited two hours. The service was $20, which is also double the price for similar service I've paid elsewhere. All of that was fine, unfortunately the repair wasn't effective as the very next day when we left town I had to stop again to change the same tire which had been "repaired". When I called, I was told I would have to bring the tire back in to get any sort of refund--that wasn't practical as it would have added at least two hours to our day's travel. I would have been content with a partial refund, meeting us halfway.

Purchased 4 new tires this week from Big O.. Price was better than anyone within a 75 mile area. Service was great I was in and out! Love how they take care of their customers!

I was there for my state auto inspection. I agreed to the Free alignment check. It took close to 2 hours to have this done.

Little Rock at the beginning but they really know how to make things right and get the job done. Loved the experience considering it was our first time going there.

My tire pressure was low and not fixed
