Big O Tires

Big O did figure out and fix the problem, however on the previous visit the tech did something to the hood so we could not even open it to check for the problem. The personnel at Big O had problems opening it as well. Poor workmanship. The overall quality of this Big O has gone down from when we moved here three years ago and started trusting you with our vehicles. I know management has changed so that must be part of the issue but the techs at work are also not as clean. I have to clean my car when I leave there, dirty hands leave dirty marks on my interior. I do not like that. It never used to be like that.

Friendly service

I felt that more than 1 hour for an oil change and tire rotation seemed rather long. I can't remember smelling burnt oil after any previous oil change. I can only assume that oil was spilled on the exhaust system. I hope it never happens again.

The Guy who is the store Manager , leaves a lot to be desired, the only reason I gave you a high score is because of Tami, she knows what she's doing , she knows your store she knows how to handles people, She is an excellent important part of your staff The guy that is the store manager, is rude to some people , and to other's he is a FLIRT! is is a down right Jerk!he don't know how to delegate his authority , he does Not know how to deal with people Please DO SOMETHING about that Jerk!

I would recommend Big O in Hollister. All of my service has been prompt and I appreciate the extra attention given to my busy schedule including shuttling me when needed.

was told they had to order a part and it would be in the next day and they would call me, I called them 2 weeks later due to the fact that no one had called me, and when I did call no one knew what I was talking about.

Nice people that do a great job. AJ is a great manager. He has gone out of his way to make sure my truck and cars are done right. My only complaint is that they are to busy because the store is to small. They have so much business they need more bays and a bigger crew to work on more cars.

Had our vehicle serviced, a tire fixed and inspected. I'm thankful they take walk-ins and thankful they have comfortable chairs! Nice place

I decided to purchase 4 new tires and did also have the front end alignment. I have had the alignment twice with this set of tires and was informed it need it again during this visit. I have never had this issue in the past and was told that I probably hit a pothole. I dive on all pavement and have been very frustrated by this experience.

Everything went as expected.

I've used the Branson location until now as the Hollister branch is within walking distance of my new work. I asked three Branson manager for advice and they assured me I'd be very happy and confident with Russell and his crew. I couldn't be happier and look forward to spreading the word with all of my co-workers!

I arrived at 1:45 P.M. 15 minutes before my appointment time, 2:00 P.M. My vehicle was not retrieved for service until 2:20 P.M. and I didn't get out of the facility until 3:25 P.M. I set an appointment a week and a half in advance, intending to be able to continue along on my schedule for the day. It didn't turn out to be the case! : (
