Big O Tires

I came in for a tire rotation and balance since I bought my tires from you and purchased lifetime warranty. I told them my left rear tire has a slow leak. According to my automatic system my left rear tire still has the slow leak. So I feel my tires were not rotated nor was my leak fixed. The person checking me in didn't even seem to listen to me at all. Plus tried to charge me for the rotation.

I live in Iowa, and had a tire issue. I went to this location and I was treated warmly and friendly. I appreciated the knowledge of the service people. They were able to get me on my way again!! Thank you AJ and staff!!!

Had an alignment, still had a shimmy. Went back said it was my new tires. Drove home, still had vibration. Took it to Harrison ar, 25 dollars cheaper,fixed the alignment.

Good tired but getting them to honor their lifetime rotation and balance even with appointment leave a lot of to be considered. Drive 95 miles twice and had an appointment the second time still sat there 45 minutes before they even with outside and looked at the vehicle. Would not recommend this store.

I couldn't ask for better customer service. They went above and beyond. I would recommend this company to everybody. Thanks for the great service.

In my initial visit, there seemed to be a lack of understanding about limited lifetime warranties on parts. So, I went to the parts dealer to get their opinion. After this, I went back to the Big O and told Wade what I had found out. He then took charge and made things right by getting me in and replacing the part and charging the labor. He stepped up and did a great job. As a manager myself, I would recommend him for future promotion.

Our Toyota Sequoia needed new tires and AJ indicated Big O had in stock and could put on. Installation went from bad to worse, but through it all the Staff (AJ, Josh and Joe) remained committed to insuring complete satisfaction for us. I can not tell you how refreshing it is to find a group of employee's, who consistently worked over 6 1/2 hours (which turned into 3 days), accepting the problem and working to find a solution. Your employees work together, communicate well and know what they need to do to find a solution. Joe, AJ and Josh were steadfast in their commitment to exceed and demonstrate to us that Big O Hollister stands for Quality Service.

did a engine tune up and cost a lot of money (more than average). they also try to make me do many unnecessary repairs

I keep returning to Hollister Big "O" for service to my car because I feel I can trust the staff and mechanics to do their best to take care of my vehicle. They are always polite & respectful no matter how busy they are.

Took my 2014 Focus St in for tire rotation and to check tire pressure on all 4 tires, but specifically look at the back passenger due to the tires not retaining the correct air pressure. They did not rotate the tires nor did they check the tire pressure. The next day I was still losing air pressure so I took the car to a different shop and they discovered a nail in my front driver tire. Very bad service at your shop in Hollister MO. I got new tires that I was looking for at a great price. Was able to get my wife's truck and my SUV a wheel alignment done in the same afternoon. The staff was very helpful and informative with all the question I had. I would use them again.

My ac compressor was replaced and made a lot of noise. I brought my car back in a few times but y'all never would agree that it was the compressor making the noise. Talked me into the idea that it was my power steering that was making the noise even though I wasn't having any problems with it. The noise was still there after replacing the power steering. Took my car to the deal and asked them what was making the noise. They said the compressor and put it in writing which I brought back to Big O. Now y'all finally replaced the compressor and then no more noise. So I was out the major cost of replacing the power steering and the charge from the dealer for diagnostic fee. Then to make matters worse the power steering now acts up at times whereas the original one had no problems. Your mechanics are incompetent and your business is to rip people off financially. Shame on you!!!!! I should've had my money returned but since you refused I'm doing the only thing I can which is to warn everyone not to go to your garage.

Recently replaced 4 tire and received good deal on 4 quality tires with a great service plan above and beyond tire care all included with cost of tires. Vary nice and Professional service team.

Need to turn down your impact wrench... I pulled a tire a day after service to make it easier to lube the front end, and do a scheduled oil change. Thankful I did, since 3 of the 5 studs were cross threaded or twisted off. Great job! I spent all weekend fixing the screwups from your store. Never again! I will be sure to pass the word on your service......

I made an appt, they forgot it.Took almost 1 1/2 hours for an oil change.

I'm done with Big O. This visit was total chaos and confusion. Poor Tammie is doing everything in her power to hold this place together but it is obvious to your customers that the wheels are off the axles at this location. Hollister store is a shell of what it once was. It's a shame too because this was once a shining example of how a tire store should be run. It's not just me because word has made it into the community that this in no longer the place to take your car. I won't go into detail because you should already know what you've done to your store. Self inflicted. I need new struts but will just chance driving on them until I can find a new tire store. I no longer trust this one.

I have used this business for many years because they care so much about the customer. I drive over forty miles from Harrison because of the quality of service.
