I came in to have 2 nails removed from a tire. I saw the service person drive my truck around to the back of the shop and it took approximately 1 hour to plug the tire. After I left the shop, I noticed a very bad odor in the truck and had to drive home with the windows down, Arriving at home I noticed the front passenger seat was fully reclined. The odor was still in the truck the next day and it was body odor on the seat. I believe the service person took a short nap in my vehicle since it took him an hour for the repair. This was not a good visit to your shop and don't know if I will return even though the rest of the employees were great.

I went in for an inspection and to get my alignment fixed. After waiting 3 hours, they come out and say "You're all done, it passed inspection." They forgot to check the alignment, a half hour later it gets checked, yes it needs an alignment. I was a little pinched for time at this point and only have another half hour. So they just say to come a little later this week and they will get it done. I go into today to get it done, after waiting around for about an hour again, they come out and tell me they can't do it because my spare is on. The spare was on Monday when I was there. It makes sense to me that the alignment can't be done with the spare, BUT why the hell didn't they tell me that Monday instead of wasting another hour waiting around. So four and a half hours of me week wasted, why in the world would I continue to use Big O Tires.

The tires were fixed correctly, but even thought I knew I would have to wait, 3 1/2 hours is way too long for what was done.

My car was having shifting issues, it wasn't "going" when I pressed the gas, but would lurch back into gear when I'd let off. I had run codes on my check engine light prior to this visit, so I knew I needed my EGR changed. I hoped that was the cause. When I bought my car into Big O, they confirmed I needed my EGR valve and transmission fluid changed. They informed me of other replacements I needed, but I could barely afford the two major ones I came in for. They told me it would be a couple hours, so I just waited in the lounge area. Four hours later, and my phone battery dead, my car was"done." I paid $500 and left. My home is only one mile away. I drove there and stopped to get my check to pay the electric bill, and left to do that, when I noticed my car still acting up, exactly the same. I went to pay my bill, worried the whole time if I would make it back to the shop. Once back, I was told that the mechanic had driven my car around and had noticed these "hiccups" still happening, but they gave me my car back anyway. When I bought it back, they said they were going to charge me for more labor to finish cleaning the EGR ports... Apparently they only cleaned the front side and not the back to "save me money." They were telling me it would be another $150!!! But they were determined this would fix my issues. So I left it with them overnight and had a friend bring me back the next day. They only charged me $80 for the labor (which I still think it's ridiculous and it should have been done right the first time.) I drove it home, and just out of the driveway, at the first stop light, it "hiccuped" again. I almost didn't make it through the light. My friend took a look at it and we went over the work that had been done... I suppose I needed the EGR valve and cleaning and transmission fluid anyway... But I feel it could have waited perhaps another month until the tourist season kicked off and I was actually making money. Instead, my friend thinks it might be the pcv valve, which is like a $2 part, just not as easy to reach. I haven't had a chance to try that yet, so my car is still having problems that worry me greatly. $580 later, my car is still not running correctly. I don't think I'll be going back to this shop for anything other than tires in the future.

We had some work done on our car a week or so ago. They called Loy and said to bring the car in this week, so that they could check it. They wanted to be sure everything was going well. Of course, it was. We have a trip now planned to Little Rock and are assured that we will be safe. Thank you, Loy and Carolyn Loften 350 South Wildwood Drive #C-6 Branson MO 65616

so they give you the free alignment test but they fail to verbally inform you that you need an alignment. so what good is that plus when you return 4 months later because the tires are bad already they are very unhelpful and don't help the situation at all. I will not be returning

We have been using this store for several years. In the past 3 years we have purchased 4 sets of tires. The reason we keep returning is because of Tammy. She is spot on for customer service, knowing the business and product. She is 100 percent. We as a family trust her 100 percent. She always remembers past history enough to answer questions. If she doesn't know the answer 100 percent she researches until she finds it. We always know we are in good hands and most importantly can trust her. She is a jewel in your business. Tammy is a 5 star!!!!I wasn't offered a credit card because we already have one. Sincerely, Billy and Karen Eason

I only had to get 2 tires changed, and it took me 4 1/2 hours from start to finish. In my eyes this is the most poorest excuse for a service center ever. Even after telling them that I had to be at work they still took their time. Poor customer service. Though they were nice, the "niceness" only goes so far. Then after I received my car back, there were many other problems that they found even when I just had my car checked. This is the worst experience in my life, even surpassing the time I got my drivers liciense at the dmv. If there were a "zero-star" rating I would do that, because they don't deserve a star at all. I will NEVER send my people to this store or any Big-O Tires. Enough said.

I've been to big o tire in hollister Missouri 3 times. Every time I get anything done I have to go back to the shop to get whatever it is redone. The mechanics knowledge is very poor. I will never go back.

Great Service: Have been using Russel and Tammy for years, wouldnt trust anyone else to work on my cars. They go above and beyond to hire the right staff and get the job done right the first time.

Arrived at 7:20 a.m. for a tire rotation and tire balance check.Reported feeling vibrations at highway speeds. There were zero other vehicles inside being worked on, but it took you 2 1/2 hours!Way, way too long. And then, after arriving home I got a phone call that you forgot to put the center caps on my wheels.I told you to just mail them to me.No way I would wait any longer for you to do anything to my vehicle. When I went to the bathroom, the coffee pot was in the sink with water running into it.I put it on the counter to wash my hands.2 hours later I used the bathroom again. The coffee pot was still there. There was no coffee in the customer waiting area the whole time I was there. On my second trip to the bathroom, there was also a huge soapy watery mess all over the sink area and also all over the floor. The window washer guy was cleaning the windows and apparently uses the customer bathroom sink to wash out his equipment. And to think the coffee pot also gets washed in there!Gross. Wondering what was taking so long I wandered outside to look into the work area.I saw the store manager roaming around. He walked into the service area bathroom and proceeded to urinate, which would be fine I suppose except he never even closed the door.I guess he's unaware that he can easily be seen from the parking lot.If that's the type of example that management sets for the employees, no wonder I had such an awful experience. I bought a set of tires at this same store several months back.It took 6 hours that time just for tires and an alignment.Needless to say, I won't ever be back.

They know their buisness. Explaned what i should look for after full alignment and what would need to be done should anything happen such as radial tire pull.
