I had an appointment for 2:00 PM. I announced that I was 2 minutes late for my appointment when I got there. 1 1/2 hrs later they finally got my Jeep in for the state inspection. When the inspection was about over a lady representative said that the stoplight at the top of the rear window was out ant they would replace it for me, no charge was mentioned. When checking out the bill I was charged approx. $13 ($5 was for the lightbulb) to replace the light. I complained about the charge I was told that they only charged for half of the the labor because they messed up on my appointment not knowing until later that I had one...DUH! I was given an $8 break for waiting an hour and a half for their mistake, not good at all, I should have been compted for the whole thing! Never go there again for anything!

I love Big O Tires. It is very clean and organized. The customer service is top notch. They are very friendly, helpful, timely and know what they are doing. I won't go anywhere else.

I waited over 3 hours to get new tires put on with 3 kids! They do not manage time efficiently. I think what really got me is after 3 hours of waiting with 3 kids a staff member got onto my son for taking a free stirring straw from the coffee machine. Will NOT recommend!

I just needed a state inspection on my car. Although the man who helped me thought it would be a couple of hours, they got to it and finished ahead of schedule. Big O has always been good to us. Thank you!

Had to go buy my own oil and I asked if they were greasing the front end and they said yes. When I got home, I checked and nothing had been greased and fluids not topped off. Will not be back . Since they didn't do everything thing on a oil change it still took over an hour and I had an appointment.

I came in with a blown tire and had to be in Springfield in a couple hours and TJ was great, I ended up purchasing for new tires and was out of there right at an hour. Again TJ was great and I will definitely go back

I recieved the wrong reciept and when I returned to get the correct one I found they forgot to reinstall air filter. Never again will I buy here. Also $50 to mount and balance...I get that free at other places.

I was ignored by employees for at least 30 mins while standing at the counter, trying to check on the progress of my car. Then after 45 mins they come to tell me that I have a flat tire, that was just fine when I drove my car into the lot. Then I look at the tire and it looked to have a chunk cut out of the tread. Then the employees in a round about way tell me I am a liar and they don't know what to tell me when I questioned how the tire got messed up, when it was there for an alternate change. Very, very, very poor service, and I don't ever plan on going back!

Your corporate office wanted info, such as invoice. You scratched 3 of my rims on my 2017 KING RANCH F350. Lost 2 of my hub caps, and Mr.Charlie Alexander said to send him all of this information, now Mr. Alexander cant be found! Imagine that!

I could not be more disappointed in the service I received at Big O recently. I had previously used Big O and was a satisfied customer, and the Hollister location where I took my vehicle for this incident had worked with Ace Transmission to replace a transmission on another vehicle we owned a few years ago, and I even have a Big O credit card. We have had lots of work done at Big O over the years, and had even had some tires installed on our other vehicle at your location in Springfield recently. So I dropped off my 2012 Altima for the shop to check a whining noise and shifting problem that sounded and felt like transmission trouble to me. They called me back after a short time and told me I needed to replace my alternator at a cost of over $600. I asked if this could cause the whining noise and other trouble I was experiencing and Wade told me that the alternator could indeed cause all kinds of problems like this. I pressed and asked if they had run any other diagnostics to absolutely rule out transmission and did they check the transmission and another gentleman told me they said they had and the trouble was absolutely my alternator. I asked if they had checked the transmission fluid and they said they had not, so I asked them to check it. The gentleman put me on hold and came back after less than 1 minute (I don't know how he checked it that fast) and told me the transmission fluid looked fine. I asked for more details: did the color look good or did the fluid smell burnt? He told me the fluid looked totally fine and the transmission was not the problem. I had them do the oil change but decided to get a second opinion. I brought the car to a mechanic friend of mine who simply drove with me to O'Reilly's, checked the check engine code which came back a Torque Converter issue, checked my transmission fluid- it was dark brown and smelled burnt. As a precaution, we installed a new alternator, and this did not solve the problem and it turned out my alternator was fine. We took the vehicle to a repair shop in Springfield that does transmission work and who I trust. I felt that they were deceitful and at the very least were not thorough in determining what my problem was. This is a high-mileage vehicle and we are of course trying to determine the best course of action - to fix or replace, based on a real diagnosis and cost evaluation- and this process was completely and unnecessarily waylaid and made more stressful, difficult, time-consuming and expensive because of my misplaced trust in Big O. You have lost my business for good, and it was absolutely your game to lose.

We waited for 2 HOURS to get four tires put on some rims!!! I have never been to a tire shop that took that long. I just discovered they charged us $120 as well to do this, I don't plan on going back there EVER again. The guy handling the check out counter had to make several trips out into the shop area to try to find the paper work when we where ready to pay out, it just seemed very unorganized.

Called the night before and was told they would get me in first thing in the morning, if I was there by 7:30 am, when they opened. I got there at 7:15 am, and Russell, the manager, with a big smile on his face, was already open and assisting customers. Perfect experience and my truck's oil change was complete before 8:00 am.

My husband and I dropped my van on 7/23/2019 at 7:30am to get a new tire because our "Big O Tire" was under warranty. AJ, the store manager, made us seem like we were nuisance and was really annoyed that my husband asked him to go outside to look at our tire. Even though there were no other customers in the store he told us that he doesn't have time to look at it. We told him we could leave it and pick it up that evening on our way home. We went back at 4:45pm to pick up our van and it hadn't even moved. We went inside to talk and talked to Wade, the asst. Manager, and he knew nothing about it, but said he would get it done. So we left it to pick up tomorrow. We went back on the 24th in the evening about 4:30pm, assuming that would have given them plenty of time and our van still had not been moved. We didn't bother going in because every time we did, they made us feel like we were annoying them. We went back on 7/25 at 7:30am and the tire was replaced so we went in to see what we needed to pay and AJ was there. He was not friendly at all, seemed really annoyed that he even had to deal with us. When my husband asked what he had thought might have happened to our tire, just to at least initiate a conversation, AJ said "how should I know" and continued to ignore us except for asking how we were paying for it. Our names are Jeff and Debbie Holden and we own Seamless Experts. We have many vehicles personally and with our business and we will be taking our business else where. Thank You for the experience, it has caused us to have a company meeting on how important it is for our guys to make our customers feel appreciated because they are the ones who allow us all to continue with our jobs.

We go to Big O for all our tries and repairs. They haven been proven to be trusted, and always receive great customer service. Our entire family uses them!

2 tire replacements in 1 week. Both took 2 hours. Had an appointment and was here first thing in the am to beat the rush. Not happy.

Wade and AJ have always taken care of our vehicles. We followed them to the Hollister location and will continue to visit this store
