Big O Tires

I was there for a oil change with my new car. I paid for the high mileage so I thought my car would be treated better but once my car was done I had oil stains all up and down my car door. I didn't realize it right away but my dad took it there to have someone clean it. They refused and just answered with "I'm sorry". I believe that the best customer service would to be fix the mistake that was made but no one cared. I will no longer be coming here for my car to be serviced.

Prompt, courteous service

I had my tires rotated and the free alignment check which said I needed an alignment all went ok. About a week after the service I herd a grinding noise from the front end. I took truck back and ask them to check it out. They had the truck all day said they never herd any grinding but checked everything and all was ok. I will say that day I didn't hear anything either. I drove the truck a couple days and herd noise intermittently then a lod pop and a vibration started. I jacked up the tire and found 4 lug nuts missing 1 lug broken and 2 nuts that I took off with my fingers. If that is the best checking everything and all is OK will get me I never coming back. Sorry for rambling but you won't need to hear from me again

I had used them to get new tires a year ago and my sister had since bought my car so when she blew a tire they jumped right in to help her take car of the issue!

An early morning appointment for fixing flat tire turned into along ordeal. I called and talked to Bryan about what was taking so long and got varying answers. I believe they had totally messed up and forgot me until i called to complain. He then said i would be the next car in the bay. Worst service i have had with BigO Tire co.

I was there last week. Great service,,the people who work there are a pleasure to deal with,Before I started going to Big O Tires I dreaded getting my oil changed and buying tires.

i went to big o tire at 9:30am just to get it inspected and it took 3 1/2 hours till my car was finally inspected and done with and they done 5 other vehicles that shows up after me with out appointment before ever getting my car in then took almost an hour to do a 15 min job.

This is my second experience. Well over two hours(with appointment) for rotate and balance. Holy cow. The free alignment came after I asked why my car was still sitting in parking lot.

Honest and fast!! I received wonderful service by a competent staff.

Horrible experience. The tires didn't come as pictured and no one seemed to care that the website didn't indicate that some tires vary by size. I was told they did an alignment check but no one bothered to tell me that my truck needed an alignment!! I didn't see the paper until I drove home 30 minutes later. Horrible experience!

since you asked. I've taken several days thinking about this I did not want to spread negative views. First I have been to your store twice in the last few months. Each time the manager made me feel like I was imposing on him. The first time I brought my car in for a oil change. The coupon I received stated oil change and tire rotation. the tires were not rotated. this time I brought my truck in for a Safety inspection.One of my tires was way low on pressure. Way low, I felt they should have noticed this it was a safety inspection and fill the tire. They did Not.They are lazy. As I checked my other tires pressure I noticed one of them shows some rot. Now I feel you sold me a bad tire and it should be changed.

I went in to have tires rotated. I told them that my low tire dash light was on so one of the tires must have low tire pressure and please check. We had purchased the complete set of tires from this shop. When car was done, I went to leave and the low tire pressure light was still on. I went back into shop and told the guy and asked if they had even checked the tire pressures. He said "I'll have to go ask them". He came back out and said yes, they had and I just needed to drive the car a bit until that light reset itself. I told him I had never heard of such a thing and in past if it has come on, adding air to the low tire it went off right away. He insisted that is what I had to do. The light did not go off so I pulled into another tire store and 2 of the tires were way below recommended pressure and as soon as they added air, the light went off. I was upset enough to drive back to the Big O tire shop and told the guy. His response was - "I guess I better talk to the guys about that". Very POOR service! Will not purchase tires from this shop again or recommend them to anyone.

not very friendly and trying to get you to have service on your car or truck that you have had done in the past 6 months. and over charge you for an oil change. the last place I would ever take my car and truck too. poor. I would rather drive 50 miles to get quality services with people I trust. need to change your attitudes about how you handle your customers. we have other choices and your not one of them ever again. the best part is were not stupid to have you all rip us off or scare us into having something done to our car or truck when we know and keep records of all our services in the past.
