My car wouldn't start. I contacted Big O for a tow recommendation. The manager came to my vehicle and tried to jump it without luck. He then recommended a tow company. My car was ready well before I expected. The staff was super friendly and helpful!!

I called to inquire if I needed an appointment for a wheel alignment, but was informed to just come on in... Upon arrival I was pleasantly greeted and efficiently checked in. As a matter of general inquiry, I asked about any online or other discounts available, and was informed and offered a $20 coupon credit. That was great! Abiding my time in your customer lounge area, before I knew it, I was told my car was done! Upon paying my already discounted bill, the gal behind the counter also asked if I would like to save an additional $25 by applying for your Big O Credit Card. Guess what? I did, and qualified for a $5,500 line of Big O Tire and Service Credit! Wow. I'm pretty smart, eh? So, my $90 wheel alignment came in at half price, and I was pleased as pie. Thanks to all the crew at your Hollister store. Great job, friendly service, and puts the interests of their customers FIRST! I'll come back again the next time similar services are needed.
