Made my decision for purchase was based on prior choice to use Big O tires. Years of use and mileage I was able to put on those tires sold me on your tires. Did not even think twice or shop elsewhere. Service has always been good at this location as I used to bring a fleet vehicle I operated here for all service. Would have been better if soft drink machine or water fountain were working. Or bottled water was availble.

Tammie is always very friendly, when it was taking longer than expected she kept coming to me and updating me on what was happening. I feel like I am always treated well when there.

I called first to get price quote on 4 tires, the service manager gave a price quote for quality tires with great overall ratings and amazing warranty with life of the tires came free rotation.
