gréât service!! They were quick to service my car.

I brought my car in for just an oil change and rotation to the blue springs MO location. They discovered that the front struts on both sides had broken and caused damage to the tires. They physically showed me what had happened and explained the work to be done. They were kind enough to keep the car there until they got parts for it and had repaired exactly when they told me it would be. I went from an expected 200 dollar bill to 2000. They explained that they offered payment options and were willing to work with us. They were very professional, kind and detailed in explaining everything to me. They caught and help avert a possible disaster if I’d not brought the car in. They even gave me a free oil change. I can’t express how appreciative I am of the staff and mechanics. They all deserve praise, bonuses, and raises.

I have appreciated the service I have received at Big O Tires over the years. The service is quick each time I'm in. I feel comfortable waiting while my car is being serviced.

15 minutes before close I arrive with my truck tire hissing as it's losing air. They stayed late and fixed my tire. Professional and excellent service

Great shop to work with in Blue Springs, Mo.

Went for a simple tire repair, was told the highway trophy (screw) was to close to the sidewall. The associate then went on to say there would be bo charge, even though it was on the lift and offered to place the spare on the vehicle at no charge. Extremely professional and courteous!

They got me right in. I told them my issues and they fixed everything I needed them to, including a new battery. Excellent service and customer care. I will always suggest friends and family to go there

I was given information about my car the condition of my front brakes that saved me from trouble . If he had not given me this info there could have been bad things happing ahead. Thankful !!!

Quick and friendly staff

I was very pleased with the service i received from those gentlemen. After a HORRIBLE and i mean HORRIBLE experience with Firestone they took care of me right away. I had taken my car to Firestone that morning to have my tire that was losing air due to a gash changed out there was not one customer in there parking lot and the manager proceeded to tell me that they were very behind and because the service i needed wasn't a Big service ( meaning it wasn't going to be much money for them) that they would not be able to help me until the following week. So they let me drive off knowing my tire was going flat just because they didn't want to get up and do the service when they were just sitting around and that the 35 dollar service pretty much wasn't that important to them. That is what i call horrible customer service. The guys at Big O tires helped me right away once i told them about my run in with Firestone earlier that morning they with a parking FULL of customers squeezed me in right away to get me taken care of. Now thats what i call customer service. Thank you guys very much and i know exactly where i will be going from now on.

Had the left front caliper replaced.

I made the appointment on line a dropped it off . I work at Home Depot across the street so I left the car and picked it up on my way home. . I wouldn’t go anywhere else
