kevin was my 'go-to' staff support---helping me get acquainted with tire options---and when the selected tire was not available---he told me that I was getting an 'upgrade' better tire---for the original price----this keeps me as a customer

Worked with Josh at the Blue Springs location. Purchased new tires earlier this year and bought ‘insurance’ on the tires. Ran over a nail and they fixed the tire very quickly and with no trouble.

My husband was "stuck" in Missouri (there for work - we are from Texas) after having some major car trouble. We found them as we are NTB credit cardholders and when we went to NTB website, it referred us to Big O in Blue Springs as they are affiliated in some way. The staff was very helpful not only in getting a very quick estimate of the damages and explaining to him, helping him to set up a rental car for the week, and, then, fixing the car. We are so thankful for their courtesy and expertise.

I came in specifically for an oil change. The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. My air and cabin filters were dirty. They offered to replace. I can do that myself. I do not do well with pushy up selling. This was not my first visit. I have left other places after getting pushy sales people. The respect was appreciated.

Check-in person was speedy, courteous, and helpful. Like the location which is next to shopping and restaurants.
