I was very impressed by Jerry, the mechanic who looked at my car. You could tell he knew what he was talking about and was happy to answer all of our questions.

We were traveling through the KC area on our way to St Louis, and had an unfortunate tire blowout. By the time we were able to get the spare installed and our vehicle moving again, it was 10 minutes until this location was to close and I was 15-20 minutes away. I called the store an they were gracious enough to stay open to replace our blown tire and get us back on our way! Everyone from the mechanics performing the work to the manager on duty was extremely professional and polite despite the fact that we were keeping them late. My family is forever grateful for their willingness to help out a stranger in a desperate situation without even thinking twice about it! Thanks for the wonderful service!

Everyone there, from the desk personnel to the mechanics in the garage are professional and expert. The folks at Big O know cars. Their recommendations and advice are on target and honest and they are able to explain problems and solutions in terms that a regular driver and car owner like myself can understand without talking down to the customer or being patronizing. The Big O team where I go in Blue Springs, Mo is fantastic. Thanks to all of them for taking care of me and my cars!

Ease of appointment scheduling, staff were so nice both on the phone & in person, thoroughness of service, and they rotate my tires, fill my fluids, and check my air filters every time I come in.

The store did not have the tire I needed for my car in stock. The tires were order and delivered the same day. Once the tires got to the store, the manager and the front counter gentlemen promptly put the tires on the car themselves. I was so impressed that a manager would jump in and help his staff get the job done!
