Very good experience in Blue Springs, Missouri.

I was highly satisfied with the service I received because I was in and out in no time, the staff was friendly and moved with a sense of urgency, communicated clearly what was wrong with my tires and alignment, what was needed to be fixed all within a timely manner, I had recently had a BAD service at the Big-O on 39th and Bolger in independence mo, so I went to the blue springs location and service was above and beyond

This team if workers even matched my prices and I had more warranties

everyone was friendly and very open about price and the length of time it would take to complete my service because I had to have some ball joints replaced also. everyone was friendly.

I called before i arrived to get my tire checked which had been losing air for a bit and was treated courteously and Aaron was quite informative and very helpful. The issue was addressed and I was on my way. Thank you.

I was on my way home when my car started to vibrate fairly violently. I was afraid to drive it home so drove straight to the Big O Tire store in my town. I had no appointment and they took me right in to check out my car. Turns out that I made the right decision. My car had to spend the night, but it was well worth the time. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind and explained what I needed to have done. I always recommend Big O Tire to my friends and family.

I was in to have my tires rotated. The service was the fastest I have ever had there. They had the rotation finished in about one hour. I usually have to wait about 11/2 to 2 hours.

The front desk guy I believe named Ryan is worth every penny you pay him! I’ve been going there for years and he is the best customer service guy I have ever experienced at your shop! The boy needs a raise!
