Got me in a few minutes early and was finished in a very reasonable amount of time.

Only needed a loose tire mounted and balanced then swapped with the spare that was on my car. They were done in a timely manner, pleasant to deal with, and even put my spare back in its place in my trunk. Very happy eith the service.

Customer service was outstanding, so much so that needing tires for another vehicle I inquired and will be getting a set next week!

I prefer BigO Tires for all of my car service needs. I most recently started using the online appointment reservation. That is quick and easy to use. I always receive prompt and courteous service.

Extremely easy. Called my local store to see if they had the tires I wanted in stock. They did and said I could drop my car off right away. Price came in under what I planned to pay. Very happy.

The manager or guy I dealt with was super awesome he was helpful and honest but the guys actually doing the work were pretty shady and at one point wouldn't work on my truck... Keep and promote the manager and get rid of the workers!

The Big O location I usually go to did not have a tech qualified to work on my issue and referred me to this location. Here I found the techs that have worked on my car in the past. I was happy to have my trusted techs back.

Big O Tires has been there for me every time I've truly needed it. This specific location in Blue Springs is incredible! Typically as a female, walking into an auto shop can be overwhelming and sometimes it feels like other places make me feel like I don't know what I'm doing. Big O Tires makes me feel welcome and explains everything clearly. I purchased my car less than a year ago and it has unfortunately needed both front and rear brakes replaced but Big O Tires was willing to fix them on a Saturday when the dealership didn't have time. I recently got an oil change at this location and they were just as friendly as always. I don't think I'll be going anywhere else to have work done on my car!
