Website doesn't include all the charges. For instance the tire installation fee (I think that was what it was called). $20 a tire. Also website said free alignment with the tire purchase but it cost $59. Otherwise the guys at the store were upfront and honest with the total I could expect. It was quick and the alignment was great.

Aaron Hall was very helpful. Great employee!

I have been going there for 5 years. I am happy with the service there!

Everyone was courteous and welcoming. I usually get both cars oil changed at roughly the same time. They were flexible getting both in and done on the same day.

Was helped right away, given recommendations with prices before service was completed. It was done quickly and I was out of there in less than 40mins

The Blue Springs Big O's store has excellent customer service! I have never felt disappointed or taken advantage of. I trust they will diagnose my car honestly.

I was impressed with the service and the fact that they cleaned up the under my truck enough that I didn't have a small pool of oil on my garage floor the next day which is something that I've experience every so often with other oil changes. Also, they reset my "maintenance needed" warning light after the oil change without me asking them to due so. I'd go there again.

I had just bought a car and took it in for an oil change and found out quite a few concerning things that needed attention . Without being pushed into it just simply letting me know and giving me a sheet with pricing on them . These guys really care about there jobs and making sure the customer is happy .
