Friendly staff. Quick service. Restroom out of toilet paper and they didn't have any.

They actually rotated my tires and checked my brakes, which ever happened in the past. I have to wonder if they are under new management. Big change for Big O tires. Very pleasant experience. Great customer service, would highly recommend.

I had ordered a set of tires for my RAM 2500 and made an appointment to have them installed. Check-in was quick and easy and the truck was pulled in the bay at the appointed reservation time. Tires were installed, the alignment was checked and was out the door in a timely manner.

The whole process was smooth, the prices were reasonable, I was well informed on prices and what needed to be done. I can't remember his name but the sales associate did a great job and was very professional. Car was done in a timely manner, overall happy with my experience.

I love this Big O location. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. They don't try to "up sell"� me. They just do a great job at solving whatever issue my car is having. Plus I love that while I wait for my car I can walk across to Walmart, or wander at Vintage stock or get something to eat at Panera. I appreciate that their lobby is clean and roomy since when it's cold my kids and I can chill there and wait without being miserable.

Got good advice on the condition of my old tires, what kind of tires I needed for the driving I do, what tires were in my price range. Had a problem with one tire, but they were great about getting it fixed.
