The service was great and the staff were helpful

Josh Chuning explained the tires that were i stock real well. Said they wee booked for the day, but he would try to fit me in, if I left it iwth him for a few hours. Within 2 hours, he called and the car had new tires, and it was ready to go. Really appreciated him fitting me into the schedule.

Came in (without an appointment) because my tire pressure light came on and I was wondering if I could make an appointment or have someone check the tire pressure for me. I had earlier that day done so myself, but the light stayed on. Told to leave my car and it would be at least two hours before he could get to my car, his guys were all busy. Ok, fine, but I wait because I had no way to get home or back to pick up my car. I go next door to the restaurant and spend 20 minutes eating lunch and then go back and amazingly they are working on my car. They removed the tire that was showing the low pressure and working on it. Said my wheels were old and leaking into (?) my tire. They sealed the tire, said the other tires would do the same before long. Next morning the light is back on for the other three tires. Never even checked the tire pressure on any of the tires. I know that there was no charge but (1) I had said that I would make an appointment (2) I just asked to have the psi checked, air added if needed and (3) I didn't need the near lecture on where to check in my car to find the information on the tire pressure readings. I love your facility and will recommend it to others and generally everyone is awesome. I do however resent being talked down to. I'm not dumb and actually owned a car dealership for over twenty years-I did know what I was talking about when I brought my car to you. Thank you for letting me vent, it was just one person that I dealt with and actually hoping he was just having a bad day. He needs to listen to his customers, probably would have saved him a lot of time and labor. Thank you

Have used this location fir several years have always been very satisfied with the service received

I had brought my car in to the Blue Springs, MO, location for an oil leak repair back on 03/14/20. But later that evening, after I had picked the car up, and was driving around, the check engine light came on and the engine made several jerking motions while running. The car was not doing this when I brought it in for service. I brought it back to this location the next day and explained the situation to manager Aaron Hall. Mr. Hall took command of the situation and checked the car over personally himself, bumping me ahead of other cars being worked on. He discovered that a sensor connection had been knocked loose while the repair work was being done. He cleaned and fixed the connection and had the car ready before the end of business day. While it was inconvenient that this happened to begin with, I was impressed with the way Mr. Hall took care of it in such a timely manner and made it right for me. I will be back.

The team got me right in, had what I needed, and wasn't afraid to ask me questions and confirm that they were doing as I desired. They took extra care to make sure things were good. I appreciate that.

They did not know how to reset the computer on my car to match the tires to tell me the pressure in each tire.

Mark Mansour & Josh Chuning were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and fun. I had made an appointment for Monday morning to have my tires inspected, but I received a call from Mr. Mansour letting me know they could fit me in on Sunday. When I arrived they found a nail in one tire that couldn't be repaired and a valve stem issue in another. They fixed the valve stem issue and I was going to go back home and just stick with my original appointment to possibly purchase new tires on Monday. Turns out the tread on my tires was pretty worn along with the other issues. Mr. Mansour went above and beyond printing out information for the 3 tire brands I was looking at plus a Big O Tire which was being offered at a discount. I ended up purchasing the Big O Tire set for the buy three get one free deal. So far so good! Almost feels like I had my suspension fixed! Very happy, I will be back.

The guy who checked me in and out was great. Very positive and upbeat person. The service to the car seems fine. It was just an oil and filter change.

15 minutes before close I arrive with my truck tire hissing as it's losing air. They stayed late and fixed my tire. Professional and excellent service

Tried to set an appointment online but to no avail. I received a message that they would contact me but the email came the next day. I had left the house before the email response was sent. If the web page shows availability there shouldn't be the switch-a-roo where you go to the store on time and boom, no availability. This happened to someone else who came after me. They left after being declined service for that day. Rather pissed off. To me that is money the store is leaving on the table. Either they need an online appointment maker that works and that the store will honor or just scrap it all together. I was told they would squeeze my car in. I am thankful for that but would not have returned if denied service. I don't play games like that. The staff lady was very pleasant and did a good job of explaining things. Car wasn't finished on time but went to Panara and waited. The same lady apologized for the extra wait. She is a spectacular employee. The store needs some updating in the wait room. Seems like a lot of space is not used. Need better chairs too.

Had what I wanted and got done quickly.

When I was quoted the $45 price for the oil change, I was not told labor was not included. So I was a little upset that my bill was a little higher than expected.

All employees were very kind and knowledgeable. The facility was very clean and neat. The employees discussed various repairs for my van; wait time was appropriate.

The service I got was very good. They did a good job and was very courteous.

They got us in quickly and perform the required work on time. Now the new tires are much quieter than the old ones, very satisfied.

I didn't have to wait a long time. They were done within 35 minutes. They didn't try to upsell me on products I didn't need.
