Worked with neon price of tires since I also had bad ball joints

I have been going to this shop for years. Even when it was ntb. The price is a little high . But i will continue going there. The staff is very nice

I always receive great service at this location. They actually sent me to another location when they couldn't provide me with the tires I needed right away.

Everything was going great. Until the accident on Sunday, July 1st. The mechanic was backing out of the parking space to pull the car into the bay to install my two new tires; when a Dodge Ram 1500 truck hit the back of my car and tore the bumper off. Nicholas the Service Manager handled the incident in a professional matter. He kept me up to date on what he was doing. When Jamie the Store Manager arrived he was very nice and professional in way he took care of the situation. I was very inconvenienced by being 2 hours late for work. I requested to see the DOT date of both tires before installment; this was not done, I will see how everything turns out when I take my car back for installation of my bumper. If I may make a situation...Is it possible to have a spotter when cars are being backed out of either the stall or a parking space so this will not happen to another customer.

The staff really made the experience. Interacted with a handful & everyone was super pleasant and helpful. Dealt mostly with Josh and he was exceptional! Even though the tires I chose weren't in house, they took less than a day to come in and then the appointment itself was faster than I expected! They kept me informed and updated during as well. While I waited, I was listening and they were super amazing with all the other customers as well. Great atmosphere! I'm happy it was recommended to me by a friend and I listened. Great experience. Thank you!

Kind of expensive but good service.

When I did call Big O Tire (Blue Springs, Missouri) on that Friday @ 2:00 PM 10/23/2020 they got me right in @ 3:00 PM for a brand new battery.

Had tires rotated and balanced on RAM 2500. Made reservation. Staff got the truck in promptly and service was completed quickly. The truck requires 60 lbs. in front tires and 80 lbs. in the back. My only gripe was that the service tech did not adjust the tire pressure after the rotation. I had to stop on the way home at a gas station and adjust tire pressure correctly.

Got there early and they were able to get me in early and on my way.

Josh was great at the Blue Springs location. He was very efficient and friendly.

Had an issue with the lug nuts being stripped & 1 gone. They informed me of it & took care of it.

Friendly, knowledgable, wait time very minimum. I have used this location before.

There are a lot of business that provide this service so I would recommend continuing your great customer service at the front desk. Both people were very polite and helpful. Mone was one and I can't remember the other name.

Love how friendly everyone is. I went in for an oil change with no wait but it still took an hour. Should’ve been 45 mins tops not even that really. Other than that, I love the price and everyone who worked there was knowledgeable and friendly.

My appointment was at 8am and my truck was not even pulled into the garage when I left at 850am. There's no reason that they should start the day off that far behind.

Mark was both candid and professional in the options I was provided. All the factors of mileage, comfort, wear characteristics as well as expense for the various tires available to me. Although i selected the more expensive option(Michellin), I feel he assisted me making the right decision for my family. He did it with humor also. Also the fact I needed a solution today and he fit me in helped.

Upon arrival asked if I would be staying or leaving for my oil change I said staying. I was quoted 30-60 minutes. Took a hour and 45 minutes. Not complaining about the wait. But I would of left if I would of known it would of taken so long. So maybe just be upfront with the wait time even if it's bad news. Better to quote long and get done early if your waiting for your car.

Customer service was friend and clear. I was given options for appointment for next day. Quick and easy service!
