I had a coupon for an oil change. They did that and only that. I asked to see some tires that would fit my vehicle, and was told he didn't think I needed tires, and that I had probably 20,000 miles wear on mine. I was asking for future use, and not right now, but that is all he wanted to tell me. He went back into the office and sat. The only time he spoke to me was to find out why I was there, and to pay the bill when the service people had it done.

I made an appointment and my vehicle was in and out in under an hour. The tires on one side of my vehicle were not rotated, but the staff took the vehicle back to the garage and resolved the issue very quickly. Everybody was very nice and apologetic for the mistake.

They had me scheduled as I called in for appointment. It was easy Ching in and they were busy but got me in within 10 min of my appointment. Fast and easy at a reasonable price.

I set up the appointment but the Spouse brought the vehicle in for new tires. I had an appointment set for 11:00. She felt much out of the loop and it took over 1 1/2 hours to accomplish 4 tire replacement.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Employee broke the oil dip stick mistakenly. The situation was explained throughly, and repaired without expense to me. I'll be coming back because of the professionalism! Thanks.

On Monday, July 29 at 11:26 I placed a call to the Big O Tire store in Blue Springs, MO. The phone was answered by (I believe) Mike. I stated that my engine light was on and that my car felt like it was "lurching" while I was driving it. He told me that it would have to be checked out on the scanner and he would check with (again I believe) Mark to see if they could get my car in. I was advised that they had no time to get to my car in on that day, but I could bring it in any time before 6:00 pm, leave it, and they would check it out on Tuesday, July 30. My grandson followed me to the store shortly thereafter. When I told the extremely nice and helpful lady (Mona?) that I was leaving my car to be tested on Tuesday, she asked me why on Tuesday. I told her that was what I was told to do. She said that they had plenty of time to do it that day. I left my car and at 3:37, according to my phone, she called back and said that they were unable to work on my car at all because it was an engine problem that they could not handle. I asked her if I could still drive it to work and she advised me that I shouldn't drive it until problem was fixed. She said it was an E valve problem and that it coded PO442. I contacted several dealerships and they were unable to take me anytime soon. My daughter had a friend who brought his scanner to my house, the engine light was off and it was a spark plug problem.. I was charged $137.50 to have my car checked and that's okay, however, I felt like the only person who wanted to take some time with me was the young lady who checked me in. I have referred several friends and family to Big O Tire and spent a good amount of money with your company. I will continue to do business with you, however, this last visit truly left me very unsatisfied. The invoice number was 025025-19005. Thank you for allowing me to vent, I have always rated you the very highest, it was just this last visit.
