Quick, cheap, friendly staff. No issues whatsoever. Nobody pushed me to do anything I didn’t want to have done to my car. I am a woman and know nothing about cars so I often feel taken advantage of when I take my car places, but definitely not here.

I have had a lot of dripping from under my car since I had service there 2 days ago. I don't like oil on my driveway. The gentleman who helped my was courteous. He told me of some other issues with my truck but was not pushy or trying to up sell. I appreciated that very much.

The staff was amazing and Mark Mansour was great in helping me in an emergency situation. The whole group was great and I truly appreciate all they did to make it easier for me!

I had an appointment for an oil change and watched as my car didn't get touched for over an hour. However, the counter girl, Myra (I think is her name) was awesome everytime I encountered her (I had to go back to get shocks replaced). She's awesome

I was fortunate enough to get an appointment at 8 AM and was pleased to have the opportunity to get right back to work when they came through for me as usual!

I miss the discount that NTB offered. I was told that they could not make me an appt. or "put my name down" as their schedule was full. Yet I was welcome to come in and drop my car off. I don't understand this method.

We walked in to see if they had my size tires and we were greeted by Ryan. They did not have my size, but he ordered them that morning and they were is by 2pm, dropped my car off and picked it up by 5. Great service. Great place. Would highly recommend to all my friends amd family.

Some miscommunication in how long it would take to do work.

The oil change was done in a quick and professional manner.

Great freakin people saved me 220 bucks by being honest with me and doing quality work. Could’ve easily screwed me over and sold me new tires and I would’ve never known but they did great. 10/10 MVPs

Service was great. However i did not like the fact that they told me i had a hole in one of my cv boots. I had my dad look at it anf it had no damage.

Great Service. They helped with getting the correct tires for my car when finding out online provided me wrong size. Then I was nervous about brakes. Came back with great news. Found out alignment was off and they fixed it quickly. Overall their goal was to complete to my satisfaction and it was and more.

Upon entry, I had been waiting and got there first, the associate asked who was next (as I was, I started speaking) he gave me the 1 second finger and proceeded to ask the other gentleman who was in after me if he needed help. Secondly and the most important reason I'm upset, 1. Y'all need to take notes or something when you have people call in for appointments, because he had no idea that we had set up an appointment and no idea what was discussed. 2. You constantly try to upsell and try to fear bully us into getting more services done. It's frustrating to go in for tires then get a call saying that if we don't spend another 600 dollars, the end of the world will happen and my car will break down. Basically, I don't trust you. I came in 2 weeks ago for an oil change and none of your "emergency" changes were needed then. So why all of the sudden does it _immediately_ need to be fixed. I stopped coming to you when you were NTB because of this and now am done with you as big o. I will not be coming back. Y'all are shady

We had trouble using the website. We went to the store in person on a Sunday. The clerk was extremely nice & got me in on Monday. I don’t think it took more than an hour to get my tires. They were great!

When they quote you the price, they don't tell you labor is not included the price. So I was a little upset when I paid the bill. When I go to Jiffy Lube or Valvoline they quote you the whole price.

Everything is amazing each time I get serviced with my car :)

My reason for visiting your establishment was a tire repair. BUT the employee WAS NOT able to locate the source of the leak: So he put the tire back on the car. It is now two day later AND the tire has lost 4 (and counting) pounds already. I will be driving out of town the next two days and will have to put air in before each trip!! It is now a day later & last night I found the pressure to be down 7 lbs (and counting).

I was very pleased with the service i received from those gentlemen. After a HORRIBLE and i mean HORRIBLE experience with Firestone they took care of me right away. I had taken my car to Firestone that morning to have my tire that was losing air due to a gash changed out there was not one customer in there parking lot and the manager proceeded to tell me that they were very behind and because the service i needed wasn't a Big service ( meaning it wasn't going to be much money for them) that they would not be able to help me until the following week. So they let me drive off knowing my tire was going flat just because they didn't want to get up and do the service when they were just sitting around and that the 35 dollar service pretty much wasn't that important to them. That is what i call horrible customer service. The guys at Big O tires helped me right away once i told them about my run in with Firestone earlier that morning they with a parking FULL of customers squeezed me in right away to get me taken care of. Now thats what i call customer service. Thank you guys very much and i know exactly where i will be going from now on.
