I went to your web site to order tires and schedule an appointment. I ordered a set of 4 Goodyear Eagle tires and scheduled an appointment to have them installed, so far so good. I received a call from the service center saying that the tires (Goodyear Eagles) were not available (if they are on your website why are they not available?). I was them offered different set of Goodyear tire which I said OK to. I was called back later and told the the tire I was offered were not in the warehouse but would have to be shipped from California. I was told they would do some more checking and get back to me. I was then offered a set of tire I was told would fit my 2008 Jeep Liberty. When I looked them up your website it showed that they were not recommended for my Jeep because of load rating, I confirmed this through other websites as well. The salesmen told me he did not see why they would not fit as he had sold them to other customers. After some discussion I told him to find something else. I was called back later and offered a different set of tired, I said OK. Went to my scheduled appointment at the Blue Spring Missouri location to have them installed. This service center was very professional, my tires were installed and Jeep aligned within the time I was told. They did a very good job. I am not happy with the information posted on your website. Some of the tires showed call for pricing ( if I am shopping on-line why would I want to call), some tire that were priced were not available (Goodyear Eagles I first tried to buy). Either your website or the sales person was wrong about the compatibility of the tires (other website indicated they were not for my Jeep). I have purchased tires from NTB on 3 or 4 occasions without any issues. Will I buy for Big O again?

When oil level checked about 24hours after service, barely in safe zone and oil had to be added. Car had not previously used oil quickly, so question if adequate amount of oil repaced

I went to the store 3 times in an attempt to fix my flat tire. The first visit they fixed the tire but damaged my exhaust and I left the store and realized my car was noisy. I had to take car back in for them to repair the part they damaged. In the meantime the tire kept going flat. I missed 2 days of work and they never figured out tire issue. I finally took it to another shop and we were able to figure out it was the tire valve. It was changed out and tire was fixed. You would think that it would be solved by process of elimination. Unfortunately not in my case.

I made an appt so I wouldn't have to sit there all afternoon. No one touched my car for over an hour until I complained. I was there almost 2 hrs for an oil change/tire rotation.

It was a very long time to wait for an appointment and service of my vehicle. I thought the store was dirty and needed some attention in the waiting area. I have received better service from National Tire and Battery.

They had to order my tires in, i was told I would receive a phone call the next day when they came in, as I needed to shift my schedule around to get my truck there to have the tires installed. I never got a phone call, so i called and got a "o yah they're here" so i headed there to have them installed. I asked them to check the alignment, they never did, I asked three times if the tires were road force balanced, the guy gave me a blank stare and said "sure" I asked them to check the brakes while they had the tires off because if they needed to be done in was going to have them done at that time also. When picking up the truck I asked them about the brakes and was told "well, there must not be a problem because nothing was brought to my attention" I asked about the alignment, I received the same response. I told them I wanted the tires all set to 65 p.s.i. once I got home I checked them, one was 52psi, one was 57 psi, two were 82 psi. So to say the least I was NOT impressed with my level of service.

When vehicle was ready, we noticed it looked like something was leaking on the ground, they took it back and told us it had to be from a previous car. The next day we noticed oil in our driveway.

Great service. Was there for free tire rotation that came with me buying my tires there and they did end up talking me into 2 air filters for my vehicle, but I guess they were needed. Also gave me quote on brakes. Service was great and friendly.

I've already called corporate and complained about the store. The biggest problem I have with that store is that they park customer's vehicles right at the wheelchair ramp. That is unacceptable. They claim it is a courtesy. It is not a courtesy to somebody who's handicapped

I took my car in because there was a screw in the tire. I was told it could not be fixed and it would need a new tire. It was covered under Road Hazzard I purchased when I originally bought the tires. I was told the tire was ordered and they would call me most likely the next day to have it installed. No one called.

The young man that helped me was very informative and courteous. My brakes were squealing and I thought my car needed brakes. I thought it needed new brakes but I was pleasantly surprised by receiving a phone call from him telling me that it was just an item that needed to be bent out. It is nice to know how honest of a company they are.I will be doing business with them for now on and I will tell this story to my friends and relatives. thanks again

I went in for a wheel alignment and did not get the feedback sheet on the alignment. I asked Kevin that was working that day if he knew how much it was off. He replied I'm not sure I wasn't back there and it must of not been too bad it didn't take him very long. I would like to receive this information but it is never consistent. The last 2 times I have been in here was not a good experience. About a month ago I called to see if I could get a wheel alignment on a Saturday. Yes bring it up and we can get to it today. Took it in and someone said they would call. No call Saturday at all. We went up and got the vehicle that night because it was sitting outside. On Sunday no call at all. We finally went up around 11 and there seemed to be no concern that the vehicle was gone. I lost my hub cap and a couple days later I went up there to report it and they had no record that I had been in there. Seemed pretty bad at that point. Mona (spelling??) made one up for me on what was done on that trip for my records. It seems like the manager doesn't have much customer service to the customers like there has been in there before when it was the other business and I have been going here for years.

The gentleman I worked with was very courteous. I got the tires that I actually and hadn't been able to find for years.
