The young man doing my car, kept leaving to go talk to someone else 5 times while doing my car. They put on my receipt that they offered me a quote on my shocks. Putting it on my invoice isn't the same as quoting me a price.

They did not reset the oil change indicator and did not put a next oil change sticker on the windshield.

appointment was at 1 for an oil change when I made appt. day off he said he had all day open. But didn't even take care back until 1:45 after I had to ask when they would take my car back.

The wait for help at the counter was horrible. One person up front. Very friendly but too busy for 1 person. My good came unlatched going down the road. If not for safety latch it could have been bad

Mark was very helpful and efficient. With a last minute appointment on a Sunday morning he was able to get us taken care of and back on the road after an emergency tire blow out on a cross country trip. Highly recommend!

Went to have 2 tires changed, 2 mounted, however I looked out and noticed all 4 tires being removed had to let them know what I wanted for third time. 2 front tires changed and mounted, 2 tires in back of the truck just mounted on the rims. Once they got it corrected, they charged me the same amount for all four tires, when same services where not done.

Nice tires for the price but wasn't excited about losing a hub cap on the way home. They said they will replace so thankful for that.

It was horrible. I took my car in because the crank position sensor was not working. I had already had the code read at an auto parts store, plus I did a lot of research on the internet on my problem. I dropped my car off, told them what was wrong and what I wanted done. The gentleman at the desk told me "well we'll do a diagnostic test on it and call and let you know what we find." No I don't want you doing that. I know what's wrong. He insisted that they have to do this to make sure.

Had a flat on one of my cars. Brought in the tire when the shop opened, explaining would pick up at the end of the day. Received a text about 1/2 hour later saying it was already fixed. When picking it up they offered to put it on the car. The tire repair was no charge, with warranty for life of the tire. Great service!

We t in to have oil changed, which they did, BUT the last three times we had oil changed (since they changed to Big O) we were told we needed extensive/costly work that was not needed. Funny thing is this time we were in need of our breaks being change. They didn't even address this. Don't think we will be back. Sad because we have been coming to this location for 10+ years. Have recommended them to many people. Will tell them not to go back.
