I had oil change and a plug placed in my tire. I took my car to my regular mechanic 3 days later. Because your place told me I needed brakes and tie rods replaced. My mechanic said for now I'm fine but will be needing in a few months. He also said I was short a quart of oil. To his knowledge he wasn't aware I recently had my oil changed. I am not a happy camper finding out I was short on oil. I doubt I'll ever return or recommend Big O Tires.

Was charged $400 more Han was quoted as worse case scenario Had to take vehicle back in again as it was repaired correctly Vehicles brakes are still soft not bled

We were supposed to get a free alignment check . But the tech forgot and the front desk personnel told us to come back next week to get the alignment check. But when we did come back they told us we needed appointment when that's not what we were told the day of original service ..

I had an appointment at 3pm I drove 2 hours to get there on time the guy at the desk said he forgot to put it in the computer I was supposed to get 4 tires and a oil change but they didn't put the tires on because the guy who had the master key to get the tires off wasn't there so now I have to drive back another 2 hours this Wednesday to get the tires very. Not very good customer service was not offered a discount on the tires or oil change. Once I get the tires I will never go back

I can't understand how a tire establishment would rotate my tires but not make sure their aired. A stranger had to tell me my tires were low significantly low after I'd left from getting service there. There was no info given about my vehicle or how things look after the oil change. This was my first time trying out this establishment

Dropped my car off at 8:30 am and was told that that it would be done in a couple hours. I walked over to the gym where I teach fitness for 1 hour, and then thought it was weird that I still had not heard from them after 2.5 hours. I walked back over (still with no call from them) and my car still had not been touched. I was really frustrated as it is very convenient for me to drop my car off and teach my morning class at the gym without waiting around with no vehicle. Mostly frustrated as they said they had a ton of scheduled appointments yet failed to tell me it would take hours to even touch my car.

As a senior citizen, having experienced many visits for service and tire replacement. Without question, this was the most pleasant service to date. From the front personnel, to the service department, I was most pleased. Everyone was most helpful, professional. Provided a great atmosphere. Thank you all for your efforts. This was my first visit to a Big O facility, but will surely not be my last. Thank you again, to the personnel at the Blue Springs facility. Chuck

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had purchased my tires through the store with the warranty. Sitting in the waiting area I watched as a lot of messing around took place in the shop. My tires were not rotated. When they pulled my car around I had mentioned this. They tried to explain it was on the service ticket and was crossed off but appeared on the ticket further down. They apologized because the gentleman ringing me up was new. So I asked what all was included with the oil change. They told me they check fluids and top off windshield washer fluid. I said, perfect, my washer fluid indicator was on so it needed some. The gentleman then said he had to go ask the tech if he filled it. After rotating my tires, I went to my car and the change oil light was still on. I asked them to reset it. I then asked about my tire pressure. My tires were low. I asked if they typically air those up. He said he could for me. At this point I told him to forget it. I'd do it myself. I just hate asking and paying for a service then it not being complete. I feel sorry for the people who don't pay attention and get taken advantage of. If it's on the ticket or part of the service. Do it. Bottom line.

I had taken my car to Walmart (across the street) to have an oil change. Needless to say, after my oil change, my car wouldn't stay running and died in the middle of the road multiple times. I drove it back to Walmart and they said nothing they did would have caused it. So it was towed to Big O Tires. They were so accommodating and sympathetic to my frustrations I was having. EVERYONE I dealt with in this store were amazing and helpful. I want to give a special shout out to Jared who was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond and constantly would call me and update me on what he was finding. I can't say enough good things about him and the store. They didn't overcharge on anything and only did what needed to be done to fix the car. I highly recommend this store!

I just purchased 4 new Michelen Defender tires and I made an appointment for 12:00 and was told would take 1-1 1/2 hours , when I arrived I was told 2-2 1/2 hours. I called at 3:00 (3 hours later) they said they were doing an alignment check and would be done in few minutes. at 4:30 my car was finally done. Upon leaving my tire pressure light came on so I had to go back and they had to check the tire pressure. None of the 4 new tires pressure had been checked properly. After they checked the last tire the light finally went off. I missed a 4:00 appointment I had somewhere else because my car was not done. I don't know what the purpose of making an appointment a week ago was when it took 4 1/2 hours to complete my 4 new tires. and then they didn't even check the tire pressure. It's very aggrevating & upsetting that it had taken so long and then had to go back after i finally left with my car. Kristi LaShure 816-918-6531
