When I got in my car to leave the tire pressure sensor came on (I had new tires installed and was told a TPSM kit was required for all 4 tires). I went back inside and told the tech. My vehicle was taken back in. I drove home and I got a TPS fault notification. I took it back and the techs couldn't "retrain" the sensors. The code was erased and the pressures were checked. Tep tires were at 40 when the recommended PSI is 35. I went home again and the code came back. Very, very disappointed.

went in for oil change and $99 brake job. I was told it would cost $640. I left and went to a competitor received a lifetime brake job for $300 and given a coupon for a free oil change.

Front door of store is broken, wet floor sign on floor for 2 days, had a simple oil change, oil smudges all over hood, and fenders, oil dripping from pan (no wipe after replug), left paper mat and oily steering wheel cover on car for me to take off. Also advised I needed new brakes on rear of vehicle I just put rear brakes on.

I had my tires balanced and was very please with the result. Unfortunately, after my appointment on Saturday, 02/01/20, I noticed on Tuesday that the right front lug nut cover was missing. I will buy one and ask to be reimbursed. It happened to me about 15 years ago when the co was NTB and NTB reimbursed me for the purchase. I appreciate that kind of support and responsibility,

I'm disappointed I received an email with a $19.99 coupon for an oil change. The employee immediately said the coupon was not for this market and they were trying to fix it. I had to pay $24.95 for the oil change. The mistake by the company is not my fault. I believe the coupon should have been honored.

Jarrod, Jesse, the big guy, they all are great! I trust them and they always do me right! I am a single mother/grandmother with no mechanic friends etc. So trusting them to keep my car safe and affordable is paramount. They always explain everything and work with me. Excellent service for years now!

I have had a TPMS fault error code come on sporadically since I had tires changed here. Been back 5 times. Still getting the code. Store manager simply says they didn't do it. No issues with this prior to having tires changed here. Better Business Bureau complaint to come next.

I signed up for an appointment through the web site on 3/19/19. I requested an Oil Change, Tire rotation, wheel balance. In the comments section I also asked for an alignment check and to check a slow tire leak. I repeated these on the day of my appointment on 3/21/19. The service was done quick and the tire was patched. The next morning as I was pulling out of my driveway, I noticed that one of the tires was flat. I pulled back into my driveway and aired up the tire so that I could drive to the same Big O tire store. As I was airing up the tire, I noticed 3 decent sized oil drips on my garage floor. I arrived back at the store at about 6:45 am. I waited outside for the doors to open at 7. One of the workers on the inside came to open the door at 7 and knowing I was waiting to come in, unlocked the door and barely pushed it to show that it was open. He then turned around and headed back to the desks. At that point, sorry to say, I was really upset then that he didn't take the time to hold the door open and greet me. I went in and in my irritation I said "Well, this is going to start out good." I proceeded to tell him that I was in yesterday for the oil change, tire rotation and repair. I also mentioned the oil spots on my garage floor. They took the truck in and after a bit they came out and said that the mechanic yesterday didn't wipe down the bottom of the truck to get all the oil off. He then took me back to the bays to show me that the tire that was flat had a nick in the sidewall and couldn't be repaired. I asked if it was the same time that was repaired yesterday. After discussing which tire was repaired yesterday and this mechanic looked at the tire, they did determine that it was the same tire. I asked how the tire could get a leak in the side wall so soon after having it repaired. Before I had the appointment, I was only needing to put air in the tire once every 2-3 weeks. After one night it was flat. The worker explained that his mechanics would not have punctured tire. More frustrated now and late for work, I agreed to buy a replacement tire. Luckily I only had to purchase one tire because the tread on all my tires are very good. The closest match to the tires I have cost $150.99 plus all the additional charges for mounting, balancing and disposal. $187.68 total. I am not very happy with the service provided or the result of having to purchase a new tire and having to pay for balancing again when I just did the day before. Took my RAM 2500 in for tire balance and rotation. Had an appointment for 9:00 am. The staff didn't start working on the truck until after 10:00 am. Also, tire pressure is different for front tires (60 lbs) and back tires (80 lbs). The tech did not check tire pressure after rotation and I had to take the truck back to the dealership to have the tire pressure adjusted properly. I've been a customer of this location for a number of years, including NTB and Big O. The location appears to be short staffed and the poor customer service shows. I may have to find another tire dealership if customer service doesn't improve.

Service was fantastic. Aaron the assistant manager was amazing. Awesome customer service. Went above and beyond for me right before close.The tech that was working did an awesome job. With 2 cars (mine and 1 other) and 2 techs working at 7:30 am, mine was pulled in for an oil change and sat unattended for 23 min. 30 minutes later, the oil was changed: no fluids, belts, hoses check, no battery check, no brake check, no alignment check, no tire rotation. When I enquired about the rotation, I was told the back tires had better tread and they shouldn't be rotated; and that the front tires had uneven wear anyway, that maybe the front end was out of alignment (so no free alignment check). I understand the requirement for full synthetic instead of conventional oil, but the cost was more than the dealer charges. I will not be returning to Big O tires.

After our Chiefs Express bus had a blow out 1 mile from Adams Dairy..... The staff at Big O got us hooked up with a new tire and was gracious enough to lend us the tools to change our tire! We made it to the big game and the rest is history!!! Go Chiefs SuperbOwl bound
