I had an appointment for an oil change but was told it would be a couple of hours. So I wasn't notified of the change. I was picked up and my car was already in the bay. No one called me that it was done. I called two hours later and they said it had been done for awhile now.

No instruction provided on how the numbers are represented on a scale-but my 5 indicates very satisfied. Excellent service! The guys are always very polite and professional!!

Called set up appointment, was told they match prices with other storefront stores. Went to appointment with competitor price and ad on phone. Was told they don't match prices. Then as we walked out of store, we were asked to come back in, that they did price match. We allowed them to do alignment and put on our 4 new tires. We arrived back after we were called that work was finished, we came in paid, my husband being a mechanic asked to see the alignment paper, we were told the printer was broken. He then asked to talk to who aligned the car and when they came up front was told that their was not an alignment done, it was still good and still in the green. WE were charged for an alignment (had we not asked to see it or did not know to ask to see it I would have paid for something I did not get). Was told that they would give us our money back. First was a call asking if we wanted credit for the alignment. (no, we did not). Ok we will refund. 2 Call week later we were told that they were working on the refund as we spoke. 3rd call we were told that the General Mgr. would be in later and had to be there to give refund and would be in later that week and we would get our money. 4th Call I was told the General Mgr. was on vacation. I asked for the number of a MGR. that would be above the general Mgr. and was told oh they quit we don't have one right now. So then 2 phone calls to corporate and we did get our money back 3 and � weeks later. They were short and rude when they called to tell us the refund was issued.

Mark at Blue Springs Big O got my daughters car in for 4 new tires quick and service was also provided quickly! Mark was knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly!

Store was open Would not fix my flat or put air in my tire told me to come back tomorrow I have a flat and they are there would not fix it can of fix a flat I'm home From the store next door do not go to Blue Springs Big O tire No common sense Or help your friendly neighbor what has this world come to Disappointed disappointed disappointed

I do not recommend anybody goes to Big O tires in blue Springs I bought a set of Goodyear tires there last year bought road hazard I have a giant nail going through the edge of the tread on the sidewall my mechanic told me it was unrepairable It wouldn't be safe the man was very rude to me and my wife talking about well it comes out of his paycheck and he's got five kids at home I don't know if Big O tires policy is with the employees but trying to put their kids off on us is the reason we're not repair or replacing my tire please just do not go there to buy tires you'll get ripped off if you do like I did

I made an appointment to have my tires looked at since I was continuing to get a low tire pressure message from my computer system. The appointment was made for 2:00 on a Sunday afternoon. I waited in the lobby while my tires were serviced. While I was waiting, it was apparent that the garage was behind schedule. One of the men who was working the front desk went into the back and began screaming about how no more customers were to be accepted and how he didnt know how they were going to get everything done. He screamed, "We aren't accepting anymore *ucking customers." Then a woman walked in at 3:00 who had made an appointment through the computer and had received a confirmation number. When the man in the front went back to relay that information the original man who had done the first screaming went nuts. "I told you we weren't taking anymore *ucking customers." The other man yelled, "I didn't make this appointment. It was done through the internet." The other man screamed, "I dont give a *uck. You aren't the one running your *ss around back here." It was beyond unprofessional. Then the man who had worked on my car came in through the front door with my paperwork in his hand. The man at the front desk asked him if he had found anything in my tires. The man said very disgustingly, "Yes, there was a nail in one of her tires and the other tires had 80 pounds of pressure in them," and then he threw my paperwork on the desk and walked back into the garage. So obviously I had put too much air in my tires while I was addressing my constant low tire pressure messages, but I didn't feel that the worker had to address the issue in such a disgusted way. All in all, I was really unhappy by the negative work atmosphere that was displayed the entire time I was in the shop. Obviously they were short handed by the number of people working that day and it was stressed several time that there were a number of new guys working. That being said, then don't schedule so many appointment. Monitor your internet appointments better. I won't be back to Big Ole Tires. I originally bought my tires from you but will look elsewhere for service. I don't intend this email to get anyone fired or in trouble, just to work on your customer relations. Thank you

This is my second time and last time I purchase tires here. First I was told that the 1st set of tires I bought from you were bad because they were tires that you can only buy at Big O and some other shop, (they barely made it over 20,000 mi.). He suggested a better tire with a better spec sheet that were cheaper. Strike one. So I made a appointment for install 2 days later. Showed up and the counter person seemed to be put out by my presence. She told me that it would take 1hr 30Min because you only have one person in back working?. My appointment was at 4:00 I had to wait till 6:30 till it was done. Since it was dark outside I didn't see the damage the guy put on my wheels. (all 4 of them). Now I have to spend another 95.00 dollars each to get them repaired. Why dont you just shut down this store. You dont seem to have good employees to count on.(oh yeah strike 2 and 3) out

six weeks ago I came in to have a slow leak fixed, but they could NOT find the problem, & I left with the same slow leak that I had before. This time I came away with the tire fixed in only twenty minutes &, of course, it was free. I was impressed by the speed of the repair & the explanation of the cause of the problem. I still am puzzled as to why the problem was not discovered & corrected in the one & a half hours the first time!

Did a "complete" inspection and found no problems. Took it immediately to another shop after someone said they could see my wheel wobbling. I have a bent axle. How complete was this inspection?

I had an appointment and was brought in right on time. Service was performed quickly. I was given a status on different items on my car as far as maintenance is required. No high-pressure sales on those additional services. I was finished in a timely manner. I plan to bring my other car back next week. Overall a very good experience.

I'm starting to think the rotate and balance wasn't completed. My tire pressures are the same as when I dropped it off to them. It is a 3/4 ton truck so it has staggered pressures that need to be adjusted after a rotation. My washer fluid was not topped off. They refused to stand by their warranty because another big o location did the work originally. It is sad to see how bad the service has gotten.

Earlier this year, I had a horrible experience with the jerk manager that was there. He was super rude, and mandated everyone to make an appointment. I can't control when I have a flat tire. I told myself I'd never go back, then I met Aaron. He is so knowledgeable, and he really takes care of his customers. Today, I brought my husband in with me, as he is a skeptic, and he said wow, he took care of us. Super impressed. Thank you for getting rid of the jerk, and bringing people in like Aaron that take care of your customers.

I brought my truck in for alignment warranty work. And it went all wrong from the beginning to the end. Too much to write. A terrible experience and I won't ever come back nor will I recommend this business. As a matter of fact I will spread the word. About my experience and how awful it has been. Mark and Aron who were working that day did everything in there power to puss me off over and over again. Aron the service mgr actually accused me of damaging my own vehicle. As if I was trying to get over on him or something. Mark kept passing all the trouble back to Aron. Is was a total circus. Never will I ever use this business again.

I had an appointment for a state vehicle inspection at 1:00 pm. By 2:45 pm, my car hadn't been touched by anyone at the shop. I canceled my service and left. Very unlikely I will return.

I had an excellent experience. I bought 4 new tires at a great price , I didn't have an appointment but they were very accommodating and took me right away. Great service I am a loyal customer!
