Aaron was horrible. I had to take my car home and take off hubcaps that took 30seconds to remove. The mechanic moved like a snail because we got in an argument about Valve stems so he purposely took from 330 to 530. My car was up there by 9am. A whole day to do 4 tires. I had to drive it home and do the prep work for them. I will never return. Worst experience in my life and was lied too. Aaron never called me after 6 hours I finally called him. Him and the mechanic should be fired.

When we arrived for our appt. we were greeted by a courteous employee and given a fair deal on the set of tires we needed for our car. The work was done efficiently and helped us get on with our day. We appreciated their respect for our time and business.

I have legitimately never had such a negative customer service experience in my adult life. The man working at the counter, Mark, not only was NOT knowledgeable about anything related to what I needed, but he was rude, impatient, didn't know how to work the computer, was inappropriate...had to call another man for help on the phone which took almost 30 minutes. I am floored and will not be back.

When we called to see if they fix tires they said it was free. They didn't mention that it had to be their tire. So I was charged $22 dollars... The inside of the store was disgusting, very unprofessional... then he tried to sell me a fluid flush because my car had 15,000 miles on it. I'd never go back.

My experience with the man who helped at the desk was fine. However, I was sitting in the lobby at the table and the, I'm assuming manager came in. He was AWFUL to his employees. He was berating his employee at the desk, VERBATIM, "you're talking too much and missed this and that"�. Honestly, he didn't talk much at all. I didn't witness in the hour I was there any causal chatter. THEN, the manager was speaking to someone else, a man who was doing physical work, he said "I don't care"� multiple times and the tone. Honestly, I can't believe he's a manager. It was uncomfortable for me in the store and I couldn't believe I heard something so rude. His tone and body language. I'm still shocked the way he was speaking to that man At the desk in front of everyone.. and his lack of "care"� to the other person. Maybe he shouldn't be a manager? I can say, if I'm ever there again and that happens I WILL say something and I will record it. No one deserves to be spoke with like that. I get that it's a Physical job and a mechanic shop but that, was borderline abusive. Unacceptable Behavior for a person in management.

My service was good. More expensive but thry found issues than just new tires. Handled very professionally. Need some sort of diet drink in the vending machine.

Brought our car in for a flat repair on tires purchased at Big O. Staff refused to fix the tire due to what was called a "safety risk"�, and claimed that the car needed $4000 worth of suspension work. Tires have been regularly balanced and rotated at the same shop and no mention was ever made that there was a problem. We got a second opinion, and there is nothing wrong with the suspension. Tire was repaired and is now on the car performing fine. This shop has permanently lost our business and the business of anyone who will listen to us.

Excellent and thorough service! The manager running store was obviously short handed, phone ringing non stop and had three people in line waiting-and even then, he was professional, thorough, and took the time on the phone and with us customers in line making each of us feel like a valued customer. So he may not have greeted me at my car, offered credit card(thank goodness), or offered an alignment (my car is a fleet car, alignment was n/a)-but he did so much more!!!

Have been coming to this location since it opened as NTB. Stayed threw the change, however the service as gotten worse. On several previous visit's our Fluids have not been topped off and on the last visit even with an appointment which we make every time, there was NO filter for our 2016 Escape one had to be ordered and delivered causing my wife to wait. She has decided to return to our Ford dealership for future service!

I came in to have a tire patched that had a slow leak - I'd already had to put air in it twice that day, and it was continuing to show low tire pressure on my dash. When the manager had a tech look at my vehicle, he told me that there was not a leak and the tire was fine. I explained that it had gone nearly flat twice that day, and that I'd filled it with air just to get there. He told me that there was nothing they could do because they could not find anything embedded in the tire, or a hole of any kind. I immediately took it across the street to Wal-Mart, where they located a small hole in the tire and repaired it, all for half the cost. I am very disappointed in the lack of thorough checking of my tire, and the customer service I received when I reiterated that there was a hole somewhere in the tire that was causing the leak. I will not return, and will not recommend your store to anyone.

I had a horrible experience from the start the scheduled appointment time was not correct. I had to wait 4hours for my vehicle to be serviced then got wrong information from the start on pricing and I clearly stated what needed to be done. And my oil change that I paid for does not seem to be done and no sticker shows when it needs to be serviced again. So will not come back
