I got to say your reviews are scary from what I have read and when I take my car and truck her for a oil change I'm almost scared to take it back because I have seen reviews of some kid that works for you put the wrong drain plug in someone's car and ruined there oil pan. I took my wife's car in a couple days ago for just a oil change. Nothing else. I got a phone call from someone saying my brakes are digging into my rotors.. okay well my car wasn't making any sounds and my brakes are quite. I was worried to pick my car up because I was afraid that a tech messed my car up intentionally to get more money. I'm not dumb when it comes to cars and I know mine very well. I've worked on cars my self for years and when I got a call from someone saying my brake pads were digging into my rotors I got worried because that to me sounds like the person doesn't know much about cars, and was trying to make a quick dollar on me. I took my car to my mechanic afterwards and was told my car is fine and brakes are fine.. I don't understand why this crap has been transferred over from NTB why is that shady sales tactic still going on. I might just have to keep taking my car to my mechanic for basic oil changes which I don't like to do because he's so busy all the time I have to make an appointment way in advance but at least I know that who knows what he's doing and tells me the truth. I'm lucky to have known him for years and bought my first car from him. Big O Tire needs to get it together. Ether that or train the person that calls the clients when they actually find something wrong with a car... I wish I recorded that phone car and I have downloaded a recording app now for next time if I ever come back.

Kevin the manager was very rude regarding the last time I brought my car there for oil change and rotation they cross threaded my lug nut and couldn't get it off and refused to fix it and wanted to charge me 141.00 to fix a problem they caused and refused to fix NOW I AM STUCK WITH A TIRE I CANT GET OFF AND ITS LEFT UP TO ME TO FIX HORRIBLE SERVICE have been going there for years gave them a second chance after leaving my radiator cap half off that almost blowed my motor up but the manager Jamie tried to take care of it and had to replace the water pump but Kevin is a JERK and does not care about the mistakes or customers! Called corporate waiting on them after my complaint

Made an appointment, and service was started on time. Appreciate the customer service and promptness of my service. Very happy with my new tires, warranty provided, road side assistance, and promise to be there for me if anything does go wrong.

I came in for my 9am appt and my car was done with the oil change at 920am. But nobody called me to the register to pay until 1015am. Also there was no sticker in the window with what mileage I need to get my next oil change .

We took my car in for an oil change at the Blue Springs location and told them that the front headlight needed replacing. I ended up getting new tires (we aren't 100% convinced it was necessary). When we got back to my house, we noticed the headlight had not been replaced. We made arrangements to drop it off that evening and pick it up the following afternoon. We told them that the tail light also needed to be replaced. When we picked it up, the tail light had been fixed, but not the headlight. They did not bother doing a headlight test like they said they would. The technician came out to the parking lot to fix it. He left without saying a word, leaving the hood up and pliers at the car. After 10 minutes, I checked and noticed the light worked. i went back in and asked if I was okay to leave. I could hear the mechanic yelling at the front desk guy and then saying that he forgot about it. He had finished, but not bothered to tell me or even take the time to close the hood. This is the second time we have had these issues. When the store was NTB, we always had good service. It is clear that the quality of service has gone downhill significantly and we are seeking a new place to take our car at this time. We have also warned our friends that Big O is not a suitable place after two very disappointing experiences.

Had a nail in tire. Told me I had to have an appointment. Didn't ask my name or number or asked if I had been there before, if she had she woulda have seen I have spent thousands of dollars with ntb who they purchased. Right I am going to make an appointment when I have a nail in my tire. I went to discount tire and they got me in and fixed it for free. Guess who is getting my next tire purchased for my 3 vehicles. Also what is with turning over all your staff.

I took two cars in for new tires (4 each) and alignments for both, 12,000 miles later, I am replacing both front tires on one of the cars. The alignment was so far out on this car, the outside edge of both front tires was gone! I wish I had a way to attach photos, I would be glad to share them with everyone. I didn't notice the tire wear because it did at least drive straight. Not sure how an alignment could be that far out and not seen while on the rack. I won't be back.

I bought my tires here in November. They did not honor their quote but due to waiting for my appointment and taking off work I bought them there anyway. On that day they stripped a lug nut on my vehicle, had to wait forever for them to get another. Today I went back for a free rotation. They stripped a lug nut yet again. Same deal. My scheduled two o'clock appointment took 2 hours. I watched the employees congregate and see how big of tobacco dips they could take rather than work on the cars. Terrible place to do business. I would rather pay someone else than use my free tire rotation at big O from now on. Will not walk back through a big O store again!

My truck has oils all over the inside of it. Once I got home, oil was leaking at the bottom. Technician spilled oil down the side of my engine block. Brought it back. They cleaned the motor. Check engine was then on. They sprayed brake cleaner on the oils sender and caused it to malfunction. They then replaced it.

Only needed a loose tire mounted and balanced then swapped with the spare that was on my car. They were done in a timely manner, pleasant to deal with, and even put my spare back in its place in my trunk. Very happy eith the service.

Won't be going back, even though tire protection was purchased still had to pay for installation of new tire and tire protection to cover the new tire. What's the purpose of tire protection. RIDICULOUS!!#

I prefer BigO Tires for all of my car service needs. I most recently started using the online appointment reservation. That is quick and easy to use. I always receive prompt and courteous service.
