Fast, efficient, and informative.

six weeks ago I came in to have a slow leak fixed, but they could NOT find the problem, & I left with the same slow leak that I had before. This time I came away with the tire fixed in only twenty minutes &, of course, it was free. I was impressed by the speed of the repair & the explanation of the cause of the problem. I still am puzzled as to why the problem was not discovered & corrected in the one & a half hours the first time!

The manager Mark and the front desk associate were phenomenal.

I had an appointment and was brought in right on time. Service was performed quickly. I was given a status on different items on my car as far as maintenance is required. No high-pressure sales on those additional services. I was finished in a timely manner. I plan to bring my other car back next week. Overall a very good experience.

Easy scheduling, clear pricing, and quick service

Earlier this year, I had a horrible experience with the jerk manager that was there. He was super rude, and mandated everyone to make an appointment. I can't control when I have a flat tire. I told myself I'd never go back, then I met Aaron. He is so knowledgeable, and he really takes care of his customers. Today, I brought my husband in with me, as he is a skeptic, and he said wow, he took care of us. Super impressed. Thank you for getting rid of the jerk, and bringing people in like Aaron that take care of your customers.

Great customer service

My prior visit to this location was a disaster and I vowed I was done with Big O as a result. The only reason I returned was to redeem the free oil change I was given after that last visit. Mark and his staff changed my mind. Their professionalism and friendliness was the polar opposite of what I received last visit. As long as I receive service like Mark and his crew provide, I will keep coming back.

I had an excellent experience. I bought 4 new tires at a great price , I didn't have an appointment but they were very accommodating and took me right away. Great service I am a loyal customer!

The entire process from check in to check out was easy. The service was upfront and honest. Good job by all involved!!!

When we arrived for our appt. we were greeted by a courteous employee and given a fair deal on the set of tires we needed for our car. The work was done efficiently and helped us get on with our day. We appreciated their respect for our time and business.

My experience with the man who helped at the desk was fine. However, I was sitting in the lobby at the table and the, I'm assuming manager came in. He was AWFUL to his employees. He was berating his employee at the desk, VERBATIM, "you're talking too much and missed this and that"�. Honestly, he didn't talk much at all. I didn't witness in the hour I was there any causal chatter. THEN, the manager was speaking to someone else, a man who was doing physical work, he said "I don't care"� multiple times and the tone. Honestly, I can't believe he's a manager. It was uncomfortable for me in the store and I couldn't believe I heard something so rude. His tone and body language. I'm still shocked the way he was speaking to that man At the desk in front of everyone.. and his lack of "care"� to the other person. Maybe he shouldn't be a manager? I can say, if I'm ever there again and that happens I WILL say something and I will record it. No one deserves to be spoke with like that. I get that it's a Physical job and a mechanic shop but that, was borderline abusive. Unacceptable Behavior for a person in management.

I came earlier this month for a flat repair and that visit went great. I returned yesterday for an oil change and the visit was just as easy. Pleasant people. Quick and easy.

I've been to my local Big O location 3 times so far this year. I've been consistently impressed with the speed of service, knowledgeable expertise, and fair pricing. I will be back

I called the day before and talked to Mark who explained the whole process of getting down to what I actually needed. I get heard and didn’t feel like he was trying to tell me I needed more. Then when I came in today Jeremy looked my car over really well and identified that I didn’t need rear brakes and would just need front breaks. I like the honesty, the friendliness, the knowledge that these gentlemen encompass.
