Great experience every time

Everyone was great. The staff was friendly and informative. They did a great job of keeping me posted on the progress of my vehicle. It was quick and easy and I will be back for all of my service needs.

Every time I come into Big-O, I feel welcome and comfortable! I was in and out of the shop in under an hour.

I have been to three Big O Tires in the area and this one is my new favorite. Both times I have been here the associates have been professional and offered me options for my service needs.

Pleasantly greeted. At the time, only needed a tire repair. Was able to leave the vehicle but they had it done within a couple of ours. Gave great info and quotes on required maintenance- may go back instead of using my normal dealer when the time comes. Good experience

Made an appointment, and service was started on time. Appreciate the customer service and promptness of my service. Very happy with my new tires, warranty provided, road side assistance, and promise to be there for me if anything does go wrong.

Mark Grinsell was very help. He took care of business. I got brakes & rotors, front & back put on my car. He gave me good feedback on my brakes & rotors and also my extended warranty on how it works. He got me in and out. I didn't have to wait long. He was very polite and friendly and respectable. I recommended you to ask for him when you go into Big O in Blue Springs Mo.. Very kind and friendly employees, nice clean store with a relaxing atmosphere, minimum wait time, great price!

When I made the appt online, the tires I chose were not available, so they called me before confirming the appt to make sure I was ok with another tire. When I got to the store, the sales person looked at my car and saw what I previously purchased, found those were in stock AND cheaper. He went to check my car and suggested an alignment (which I mistakenly forgot when booking the appt) and gave me a discount on that as well. GREAT deal, fabulous service.
